Hi All,
I had my interview completed today in Santa Clara, CA.
Interviewer was friendly and asked basic questions about my jobs. He asked for the following documents: passports, pay stubs, employment letter, birth certificate, ID.
Timeline - ROW - EB2.
Oct 2017 - perm receipt (PD)
Feb 2018 - perm approved
April 2018 - concurrent filing (AOS and I-140) - case sent to Nebraska.
April 2018 - I140 approved (premium processing)
May 2018 - Biometrics
June 2018 - AOS transferred to NBC
July 2018 - Combo EAD / AP card received
Agust 2018 - Interview at USCIS office in SC.
Immigration Officer said approved but gave me "in review" notice. He mentioned that I should get the green card in October.

EB3 Retrogression
Is EB3 retrogressed till October or November? Been hearing mixed reviews on this.
I believe the retrogression applies to all categories & countries if I'm not mistaken but hopefully I'm wrong.
Any clarification or updates on this matter would be much appreciated!

EB1c India AOS interview experince at Newark
Hello, I had my interview completed successfully on August 18, 2018 at Newark, NJ office.
Interview was very friendly with Y/N questions, what is your job and a question on if you do overtime. I was asked for ID, Passport, EAD, AP, EVL, Payslips, Birth and Marriage certificates and if AR-11 was submitted for the address change.
IO said Approved but gave me ‘In Review’ notice and mentioned that I will get the GC in the mail when the visas are made available in October.

Mar 06 - Approved
AOS Timeline (2018):
Feb 21 - Submission Texas SC
March 14 - Biometric
Apr 09 - EAD/AP Approval

" We are ready to schedule your interview" - case status changed twice to the same status ??
Hey guys, I am EB3,TSC with Philly service center. On March 12, 2018 I got a status update that " my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" after that DEAD SILENCE ( actually it got changed to " we can not provide any info at this time around March 25, 2018), yesterday it got changed to back again to " my case is ready to be scheduled for an interview"

EB1 not turning into current by Oct 2018
Hi All,
Really dont want to be a bearer of bad news.. But I happened to read few forums (predictions for Oct 2018 Bulletin Board) yesterday and got to know that EB1 not turning into current even by Oct 2018. Until Dec 18(likely), they dont see much progress happening in the cut off date.
Do anyone of you have different/newer updates in this regard?

EAD - Card was returned to USCIS
EAD was approved on 18-June-2018 but USCIS was unable to deliver. Raised two Service requests but no response received though SR marked as completed. Attorney is asking to file for renewal again but i don't want to wait for another 3-4 months .
Anyone faced similar issue or can provide any guidance? Thanks in advance!!
NOTE: Attorney told USCIS will not allow to raise the Third SR for the same case.

Hello Everyone,
My husband went in for our interview today August the 20th at 1 PM in Vermont,
So we where approved BUT we didn't receive any approval letter or GC, we where informed we have to wait a few more months for Green Cards to be available again, and they Said this goes for EVERYONE, my husband is Canadian and I am Danish.
Has anyone had this experience?

Nov 15, 2017: Biometrics
Mar 7, 2018: EAD/Parole (I-765 & I-131) received
Jul 9, 2018: Interview Scheduled
Aug 8, 2018: Interview (Approved on the spot, the notification received in the evening)
Aug 11, 2018: Approval notices received
Aug 17, 2018: PR Cards received
The interview was in Chicago, USCIS is very organized and staff amazingly polite. Was in and out in 1.30 hours. The interview itself was just going through I-485, no documentation asked. The Officer said that he already had everything he needed (Took 20-25 minutes).
