EB3 Interview
I have an EB3 interview soon. I have been told to bring the following:

- All current and previous passports in your possession that contain any U.S. visa stamps and/or entry and exit stamps
- Your current I-94 record
- Another form of photo identification, such as a driver’s license
Your original birth certificate
- Your Employment Authorization Document (EAD) and advance parole (AP) or your combination EAD/AP card
- Proof that you have continuously maintained nonimmigrant status (e.g. visa stamps, I-797 approval notices, I-20s, etc.)
- Your original I-140 approval notice, if available
- A letter from the sponsoring employer confirming your job offer and job duties and a completed, signed USCIS Form I-485, Supplement J, Confirmation of Bona Fide Job Offer or Request for Job Portability
- Letters confirming your previous employment
Photocopies of diplomas, transcripts and other relevant educational documents
- Last two months of pay stubs
- Last three years of tax transcripts (transcripts can be ordered from the Internal Revenue Service)
- An up-to-date medical examination report completed by a USCIS-authorized physician, if you did not provide one with your application or more than a year has elapsed since your original medical exam was submitted

My EAD was not delivered to me since it was sent to USCIS by USPS by mistake. Is it fine to bring only the Approval Notice for Work Permit?

Also what questions will be asked in the EB3 interview 🤷🏻‍♂️

Interview in SF
My interview is scheduled for 9/28.
PD - 7/1/2005 ( Based on previous filing in EB3)
EB2 was filed 1/1/2017
EAD/AP - 7/1/2018
Interview - 9/28/2018.
India

1. What can I expect at the interview in SF. This is based on my work green card for me and my spouse.
2. I understand that the priority date for EB2 is currently 1/1/2007 for India. So does that mean that mine is available and will get a stamp or green card after interview ?

The petition somehow says that the PD is 1/2017 because somehow the original date was not considered. The lawyers had sent to USCIS a correction saying that the PD should be 7/1/2005. Have never heard back. But obviously since interview is scheduled and i have got EAD, I assume they have taken the old PD into consideration.

EB2 ROW
Hi,
I would like to share my timeline and interview experience for my case EB2 - ROW (Europe), and I hope it's useful for some of you:

03/30/18 PERM Approval DoL
05/07/18 Receipt of I-140/ I-765/ I-131/ I-485 (at Nebraska Service Center)
05/10/18 Approval I-140 (Premium Processing)
06/04/18 Biometrics
06/19/18 Transfer to Processing Center
07/06/18 Approval I-131
07/12/18 Receipt of EAD/AP Combo Card in the mailbox
07/23/18 Notification - Ready to schedule the interview
08/28/18 Interview at USCIS Detroit

Interview:
IO was very professional, and the interview lasted for around 35 min. IO asked for identification (passport, driver’s license, and EAD combo card), originals of birth certificate, marriage certificate, EVL. She didn't want any copies of my documents. She asked for my most recent residencies in the U.S. and in Europe, and I had to briefly explain my professional and educational vita (What?, When?, Where?). She asked some basic questions (e.g., SSN, wedding date/place, kids names/birth days, parents names/birth days). Then we went through all I-485 Yes/No questions. My mandatory military service (both of myself and also of my father) was briefly discussed, as I had indicated this in the I-485 already. I explained my role/functions in the military, and she took notes. At the end, she explained that nearly all Visa categories are in retrogression at this point. When I asked about a potential approval at the beginning of the new fiscal year in October, she was very cautious and basically stated to wait and see. Shortly after the interview, my case was placed in the "interview completed, your case must be reviewed" status.

Good luck to everyone, I wish you all the best!

EB1
Hi everyone,

Applied for adjustment of status in March. Received EAD in June. Did interview in August, but given EB1 is currently retrogressed, i have to wait till it becomes current. What’s weird though is l that after my status shower that interview was completed, i received another update saying “Interview cancelled and notice ordered”. My lawyer said not to worry about it as it’s most likely a system glitch. Anyone else had a similar experience?
