Hi everyone,
I’m EB3 EOW. I filed in May and received my combo card in July and started working for my sponsor since July. However now I’d like to work another part time job with my combo card before the GC interview. And there’s no conflicts between these two jobs. The question is that can I work another job before I get my green card?

Hi everybody
This is my first post in this forum. I read many posts but I couldn't find what I looking for, so I will ask my question and hope get answers.
I'm ROW and I'm living outside USA, last year a company (Sponsor) applied H1B visa but unfortunately my case didn't get selected in the lottery; So the company propose to applied directly CG on EB2 category as I have master plus 10 years experience in my field.
So my question, do anyone has idea about the cost ( lower + doc Processing) for EB2

11/29/2017 EAD/AP combo card approved
04/02/2018 EB-3, I-140 approved
05/02/2018 transferred to NBC
06/11/2018 interview scheduled at 07/16/2018
06/28/2018 interview cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances
07/10/2018 interview rescheduled at 08/23/2018
08/23/2018 interviewed whole family at Indianapolis field office, and got a notice for "held for further review" after interview and was told to wait for 90 days for further instruction. IO told us that it is important to review our H1/H4 non-immigration status before I-485 final decision. There is no update on online status and email from USCIS after interview.
08/27/2018 received I-485 approval notice of whole family in mail and felt completely shocked. After talking to lawyer to make sure approval is for real, our immigration lawyer called off H1/H4 renewal.
08/30/2018 received email from USCIS and online status changed from "interview scheduled" to "card mailed"
08/31/2018 received email again from USCIS and online status became "USPS picked up your card, should be delivered within 14 days"
09/01/2018 received the GC for whole family and email from USCIS again, online status became "USPS delivered your card"
09/01/2018 received denial notice for our EAD renewal filed early July 2018, citing the reason of I-485 approval. What a labor weekend!

My application was filed on Nov14 2017 - I140, 485 etc.
I got my EAD on april 2018 and no updates post that. Just wanted to check if anyone from Nov 2017 applicants have any details. Any idea which month applicants are getting there 140 approved currently.

EB1C India. How long before interview is scheduled?

I am getting a bit anxious now. My Priority date is 31st May 2017, even though the case received date mentions 8th June 2017.
Here is my timeline so far, directly copy pasted from my USCIS account:
I-140 Dates
04-May-18 Case Was Approved
08-Jun-17 Case Was Received
I-485 Dates
08-Jun-18 Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction
07-Jun-18 Case Was Received At My Local Office
08-Jun-17 Fingerprint Fee Was Received
08-Jun-17 Case Was Received
As of 8th September it would be 3 months since an update was made to my AOS application. When can i expect to get an interview notice? How long after case transfer does it typically take to schedule an interview?
Also in the I-485 list above, on 7th Jun 2018, my case was received in the local office and then on 8th Jun they transferred my case again?!! How do i interpret this?

8/18 - i485j approved
I've been reading some conflicting articles regarding the i485j where some lawyers say that i485j approval means that the i485 should be approved afterwards, while others say that the i485j approval doesn't necessarily mean that the i485 will be approved.
It's been about 3 weeks since the interview was conducted, 2 weeks since the i485j has been approved, but my case status still says that the interview was completed and is being reviewed. Can anybody else share their i485j/i485 experience with me?

Finger print : Feb 2018
EAD/AP : card recieved May 2018
Interview Notice recieved : July 2018
Interview Date : Sep 5th 2018
Overall experience was good. Office was friendly.
He didn't ask much, after introduction , job description and yes/no questions he asked for our marriage certificate , most recent entry stamp and EVL/pay stubbs.
After that he said that since our priority date is not current and they have no visa available for this year they will send our case to NBC until our priority date become current, after that he handed out the interview completion notice.
