Anyone can let me know when USCIS will schedule GC interview in my case? I received EAD last week now waiting for final GC interview.
My application is employment based EB1, is there any option to check current status of EB1 I485 processing time.... ?

Passport size picture required for I-140 or I-485
Hi All,
I have question,
Is passport size ( with white background ) picture required in order to file I-140 or I-485 ?
I am asking for employment base green card.
also, picture required for wife and kids as well ?

EB-1 India after interview
All,
I completed my interview on April 10th 2018 and my priority date is April 2011.
I received a letter stating that due to regression my case is being held at NBC until visas are available.
The current bulletin's EB-1 India final action date is January 2012.
Anyone else have this issue?

Employment based AOS interview NJ - Approved
My husbands interview( primary) was set for today and mine for next week May 29.
I decided to go in prepared with my husband. We got to NJ office and requested them if they could interview us together , the receptions soar said she would talk to supervision and if they have my file on location already then it’s up to IO if he would interview me same day or not.
We waiting 2 1/2 hrs and then my husband was called in, my husband mentioned about me and IO said he will interview me after he is done with my husband( note: all couples were getting interviewed separate).
He interviewed my husband for 20mins and then called me in along with huband.
Questions asked to husband
Last entry into USA
His employer
And if he is still working with same company
Where we met and if he has met my family and visa Versa
I485 yes and no questions
His passport, H1b were only documents he looked at along with couple pics
Questions to me
If I have travelled to USA before when I was kid
Last travel which was when I moved here on H4

No documents asked from me at all not even ID
Did fingerprints and pics for both and signed a document.
We were approved on the spot, and was told he will update approved status today or tomorrow as they are super bz and should recieved greencards in 2-3weeks.

Hi - Two weeks after I responded to the RFE on medical, I got an update saying "we updated your name for your Form I485". Any idea what this means? Thanks

USCIS Policy on Interview waiver
Anybody knows the recent policy that employment based GC interview might get waived? My interview was scheduled on may 29 and I received an cancellation notice that due to unforeseen circumstance, it gets cancelled and they will let me know when it gets rescheduled. anybody has this experience?

Question on Priority Date
We know that USCIS is calling March 2017 (and beyond) filers for GC-interviews.
My application was concurrently filed in March 2017 but I claimed my earlier PD (2015) - from an earlier application.
My question is - Will my current application be subject to interview?
