EAD after concurrent filing timeline query..
EB1a filed along with I-485, 765 & 131 on 27th March, 2018 TSC.
EB1a approved on 3rd April 2018.
Biometrics done & review completed on 12th April, 2018.
It’s now 43 days since original receipt date for all three.
And 35 days since EB1 approval.
No status change online for 765 or 131 or 485.
Any clues as to how long after approval of I-140, is EAD issued ?

USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case.
My status changed from "Your case is ready to be scheduled for an interview" to "At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 for additional information." about 5 weeks back and remaining like this. anyone have similar experience and any idea how long will it take to schedule interview
March 12th is when it was ready to be scheduled for an interview and on April 4th it moved to we cannot provide information

After Interview the officer told me I will send you mail if I need anything from you and you will get a response from us within 240 days. I don't know how much time I need to wait. Is there anyone in this situation?

question about pending I485
Dear friends
I have a question that nobody I talked to is able to clearly explain to me. I'll appreciate if anybody has knowledge about my issue. my details:
> Filed EB1A based I485 in Dec 2018. Waiting for interview (they have interviews now for EB1A)
> Plan to marry an Indian citizen (who is still in India) in October this year.
> I want to apply for her green card before my case is adjusted and then having to file for her as family (which will delay her case for years)
My questions are:
> Is it OK to apply for her after my interview (which is not scheduled yet)
> Can I also file for her from India?
I would appreciate any other helpful suggestion that can make me get her here faster and get her green card also soon.

Birth Certificate for GC interview

I have Birth Certificate in Foreign language which is 40 year old. In my Country they will Provide English Translation Birth certificate as well along with Birth Certificate But they will mention English Translation In the header. . my Foreign language Birth Certificate is little damage in the top. Name and data Birth Place of Birth and parent name are clear and no damage . but My English Translation Birth certificate is in very good Condition. while File my 485 I Submitted my English Translation Birth Certificate alone. Now I got a query I need to Submit Copy of Foreign Language Birth Certificate as well, I am planning to Submit will it become Problem since it has little damage.
Can any one face similar problem ?

Hi I am eb2 cross country changeability . Jan 2017 filer NSC.
I went to info pass and they said my application is good but "visas currently not available"
Dude to cross country changeability I am in ROW category. So i am not sure what does "visa not available" means. Any idea what is happening here? is uscis still considering my case in INDIA and not in ROW or something else?
I ask same question to Vo during info pass, she said that they have no idea as this application is with NSC.
