Got an RFE today! L1 > GC
Filed concurrently in Jan. 2016 (Nebraska), got fingerprints taken pretty soon in February 2017, I-140 approved in December 2017, then nothing... until now! RFE for expired medical plus another easily obtainable document I had missed. So happy something is finally happening!

i485J and Letter of Verification of Employment
Hi All,

We responded to RFE for i485-J on April 7th and it was received on April 13th. My medicals will expire on July (since I did it in July, but my i485 packet was only filed in Oct 2017. So will it expire in July?). I am wondering when will I get an interview notice? My case was ready to be scheduled for an interview before they sent the RFE for i485-J.

My question is, since I already provided them the update i485-J, should I still bring another i485-J in interview and a letter of verification of employment? If so, can you help me with the template of the letter of verification? When can I expect an interview notice from them? I am sorry for these questions. The wait is killing me. Thank you all for the response!

I485 part 13 signature in interview
Hi all,

If someone who already had the interview share their experience if you were asked to sign the form i485 part 13 at the end or during the interview? I was not asked to sign the form, I only realized last when I looked at my copy of the form. My attorney says it's not required.

Interview Experience EB1C
We had our interview today at Philly field office. It was easy but took nearly 1 hour.
Have a question to someone who already had the Interview, if you you do not take your attorney with you, do the officer ask to sign a Attorney waiver form?
Also what documents does the officer normally asks as I was just asked for my marriage related documents like the bank statements, marriage certificate etc, however did not even take my EAD/AP copy, passport copy, ID copy, pay stubs, tax returns etc. Not sure if these are not required?

EB1C L1A Nebraska center (NSC)
Hi,Does anyone has any idea on whats happening in Nebraska service center? On Jan 30 ( as per the old website) I140 was being processed for Jan 2, 2017. On the new USCIS website, as of 23rd April, they are processing 8th Jan,2017. So we moved by almost 3 months and went back on I140 processing.

Likewise, I485 as of old website on 30th Jan,2018 was processing cases for May,2017 cases (Employment based) . As of 23rd April,2018, they are now processing June,2016 ( went back by 10 months). Any idea whats happening and why this huge backward movement..
