My green card is approve through EB3 last March 26 so I want go back home for visit my family so do I need I 130 ? And how long it take if have green card ? Pls help me if you have information

No fingerprint notice after 36 days
Its been 36 days and I did not receive any notice for fingerprint appointment. Should I call USCIS to see if they mailed it or not?

Interview cancelled - EB1C
Hi, I registered in the website https://my.uscis.gov for the first time today. In the past, I was using https://egov.uscis.gov website. In my.uscis.gov, the website I see the below on March 13th

Anyone had a similar experience? Is it because of EB1C retrogression in April? I thought even if it is retrogressed, the interview continues to happen.

I-140 was approved. Or was it?
My EB1C concurrent filing was done on May 16, 2017 in Nebraska. I created an account in both places - the USCIS website as well as the myaccount.dhs.gov website. After around 11 months of silence, the status of I-140 turned to Approved yesterday on the myaccount.dhs.gov website but the USCIS website still shows the old status (Your case was received).
I emailed my attorneys and they said that they havent got any updates yet and that generally it takes a few days for them to be notified after the case is approved.
I am cautiously optimistic that my I-140 MIGHT have been approved (although with immigration things nowadays you can never be sure).
Anyone in this forum have same/similar experience can share their thoughts please?

Employment-Based Interview Was Scheduled - Pittsburgh, PA

My latest AOS update from USCIS:
On April 5, 2018, we scheduled an interview for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number SRC YYYY YYYY XX. We will mail you an interview notice. Please follow any instructions in the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
Its been almost a week now and i have not received my interview notice.
Does the above status mean they have already mailed out the interview notice?
Any idea usually after how many days would the interview date be after the above status?

I'm in initial process aiming to migerate to US therefore request EB1C experience/knowledge professionals to kindly help me by clarifying below queries. My professional work expereince is 22 years with BE (Mechanical Engg) and PG (Materials Management) with throughout relevant experience Engineering / Manufacturing core sector with proven track records evidenced by certificate of appreciates. (# Non-IT / Non-SW professional).
Q1. What is normal process time (days/months) duration after filing I-140 by the US-based employer?
Q2. What are all the precautions need to be taken by alien/beneficiary at the time of documentation?
Q.3 What errors from alien/beneficiary side could lead to RFE like situation from USCIS?

EB2 NSC ROW RD 25 JAN 2017
Today I received a notification from USCIS that a RFE was mailed to me, I'm assuming it is for expired medical exam, my I-485 receipt date was Jan 25th 2017 with Nebraska service center, the most recent update was on March 1st 2018 that my name was updated, from your experience should this be the end of the road once they receive the new medicals or I still have to go through an interview?
