Waiting after interview
Hello all,
Its been 6weeks since I had my employment based GC interview. Interview went smooth and the interviewer said she will approve the case by the end of the day. Since then I am waiting. Recently, my case status changed to "Case was received at my local office" Is anybody in the same situation?
My question is why would send my case to local office again after the interview?

Nationality: Indian

EB1C - EAD Renewal
My GC EAD is expiring on 13-Sep-2018. I will be applying for renewal but if ead is not approved by 13-Sep-2018 , can i legally stay and work in US ?
Note : I will be completing my 7 years stay on l1a visa on 5-Aug-2018

EB1C Mar 2017 TSC - I485 Interview
Hi,
I have filed my EB1C petition concurrently in Mar 2017. I got I-140 approved in Oct 2017. My case got transferred to NBC in 1st of Feb 2018.
I have not received any update after that. Are there anyone in the same status waiting for the interview to be scheduled ?
My EAD/AP combo card is expiring by May 2019. I am wondering if anybody else got the EAD approval for two years like mine ?

Biometric delayed
Its been 75 days after I submitted I485 on Jan 23,2018, I have not relieved biometric appointment. Raise SR twice but No Luck.
Is that common? Also EAD/AP(75days as well)- No new..

PERM processing - EB2
Hi!
I need some help/advice on processing times. My attorney filled my PERM on December 13th, 2017 and I didn't receive any notification yet). I'm in the process for a EB2 (through consular processing). I am from Argentina.
I wanted to ask if anyone could give me an idea on how long will it take for me to receive a notificacion on wheather I get through the analyst review or not (the average calendar days for processing December 2017 applications was 121 days).
Once I get a YES for the PERM, if I choose premium procesing, how long til I'm ready to move? 4-5 months? (for I-140 and I-485).

Like many of other oct/nov filers, my I485 was transferred to NBC in mid-March, then the status changed to ready for scheduling the interview and all of sudden last week it changed to "USCIS cannot provide information at this moment".
As some suggested it was just a glitch, Today, my status changed to the interview is scheduled.
here is the timeline for my EB1b, hope you guys find the information helpful.
I140 approved in late sep 2017
I485 was filed on Nov 2nd
Biometrics mid-Dec
Transferred to NBC from Nebraska (March 15)
Ready to schedule the interview (March 22)

RFE on I-485
Did anyone receive RFE to provide copies of all visa documents since arrival even after providing them all during the first submission? Approved I-140 in October, Filed I-485 in Nov, received EAD/AP in mid-March, now received a letter to provide evidence of past and current visa statues, which we already provided (F1, F2, H1B, H4) with the original application in Nov.
Did they use those copies for EAD/AP processing only and now requiring separate copies for I-485? Can anyone please suggest what might have gone wrong? Thanks.

NIW TSC
Received RFE for I-485 (i140 approved in Jan 2018) after original submission in July 2016. Medical expired and RFE requires new medical for family and to show we maintained our status. Did anyone receive a
RFE like this and is there a chance for an interview after we submit the new medicals?
