Guys,
I got an update from USCIS on March 24 saying that “ As of March 12
we are ready to schedule your employment based green card interview”. But my interview has not been scheduled yet. Do you know how long we have to wait to get a date ?

Interview scheduled notice on 02/08/18
Interview conducted on 03/26/18

Interview was straight forward: yes/no questions, name and DOB. Employer letter and recent pay stubs.

I have been following this forum for a while and I wanted to share my timeline and receive some feedback in regards of the interview, specially in the West Palm Beach area. My attorney submitted the I485J back in October as it was requested by USCIS.

October 2017 EAD/ AP approved/received
January 2018 I485 transferred to NBC
April 2 Interview Noticed received
Does anybody have any experience with interviews in the West Palm local office? Since I485J was filed long time ago, what are the chances of getting approved on the spot?
I would really appreciate your feedback and will absolutely share my experience after the interview

485 interview documents
Hi there,
I'm in preparation to file 140 and 485 but my company have not file the tax for this year yet, attorney asked to provide financial statement instead for 2017 and tax docs for 2016. I'm assuming I will be interviewed sometimes nearly next year based on the timeline now.
I've read some of the post here that officer asked for tax filing documents during 485 interview. I'm wondering if the tax filing docs are the personal tax or company tax filing docs?

My I-140 is approved on 7th February 2018 after a RFE. I-140 and I-485 filled concurrently on 11 December 2017. Got RFE for I-140 and after response it was approved.
My question is when can I expect EAD/AP based on the above scenario(Date of submission 11th Dec 2017) Visa is current.
Any idea or thoughts will be appreciated.
