I am currently on L1A visa and my petition is valid till '05-Aug-2018'.Also my Greencard is in process for which i received the EAD with a end date as '19-Sep-2018'. I am planning to visit India in mid of April and would be requiring visa stamping since my stamped visa got expired on '24-Nov-2018'.
Can someone please advice on following questions?
1. Is it safe to travel when Greencard is in process and approved petition is valid for next 3.5 months.
2. While entering United States should i use EAD.
3. Since i have a valid EAD, do i need to get my visa stamping done in India and enter on L1A visa.

Anyone Applied I-140 in May 2017 under EB1C.
I applied on May26th 2017, Still case status is no where.
I will appriciate if anyone applied in May 2017 and got approval or any update on his case.

Medical Report
Hi everyone,
After a long waiting process, finally I got the notification says "interview was scheduled". However, my medical report will expire two weeks prior to the interview. What should I do? Do you have any idea about getting a new medical report? or should I wait until I asked for?

Need a help.
EB1 interview happened on 20th Feb, 2018 for me and my dependents. The interviewer told that our applications look good to be approved, only the healthchecks are to be resubmitted as those have expired. I resubmitted those on 5th March, 2018, but haven’t heard back since then.
Could you please let me know how long it’s expected to take? Can it get impacted due to the retrogression that’s in effect from 1st April, 2018.

You guys really do a great job here. Hope you can help me too with some questions.
1. the I-140 eb3 line under „Nebraska“ disappeared since the last update of uscis website. How can I find out processing time regarding I-140 „other workers“ in Nebraska now? Any idea?
2. My I-140 eb3 Nebraska was filled by july 10th, 2017. Some other receipt numbers which are very close to mine are already processed...do I have to worry about that?
3. When is the earliest momemt to apply for an EAD for my husband who is dependent?

Expected Interview Date
My case was transferred to the Local Office on Jan 31st 2018. Today, it has been 60 days since the transfer and no update on the interview date yet. I 140, EAD, AP are already approved.
Filling Date: August 16th 2017.
Is that normal to wait this long for the interview?
In cases if you have raised a SR, does it help? Does it makes sense to raise SR? So far, I have not seen any positive experience of people raising SR.
