i have just seen the processing time for USCIS , they have changed it to the accurate processing website , NCS is processing MAY 2016 applications ( YES RIGHT MAY 2016)
they clearly mentioned if you have filled before may 2016 then you can raise SR
they have made it clear the SRs are not going any where
that's is a terrible news for JAN and FEB fillers which their file are stock there
for others they will transfer their case and that's all

PD retrogression, no longer current
07/12/2017 biometrics appointment
08/25/2017 EAD/AP combo card received
10/27/2017 case transferred to NBC
12/08/2017 interview notice received for 1/8/2018 interview date
01/05/2018 interview cancelled notice received (not sure why cancelled, my guess is either they are backed up, or because my PD was not current)
Feb 2018 PD current again
03/03/2018 2nd interview notice received for 3/20/2018 interview date
03/20/2018 attended interview in SF field office
03/22/2018 https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov shows "We are producing your card and will mail it to you"

Interview experience was very similar what other have described. Officer went over every field on i485 with me and wrote all over the i485 form with updated information and notes, including last entry to US date, work history (I had a title change in my current company who sponsored i140, but job title didn't change), education history, biographical information about myself and parents, address history including who I lived with, all the yes/no questions.
Documents the officer wanted to see:
- Drivers license
- Current/old passport
- EAD card
- Employment verification letter
- last month of pay stubs
- W2 from 2017

regarding raising SR

I created a SR on jan 25 stating my i485 is pending after medical rfe. i got a response on jan 31 stating i should get a decision in 60days.
i have not receievd any response as of now.
my question is can i raise second SR now since its 60days from first SR or should i wait till march 31 ? i am afraid i ll get stuck in retrogression then

19 March i got status change email after checking the change i found that it says
"We have canceled your interview. you do not need to do anything at this time . We will notify if we reschedule your interview, make a decision on your case or need more information form you ".
Please let me know if this has happened to anyone. I never even got an email regarding the interview scheduled on the first place. Is it because of retrogress ? I haven't received my EAD or any update on that .

EAD and AP
I have applied for I-140 & 485 concurrently in May of 2017. At that time I had applied EAD & AP as well. My L1A is valid until Mid 2019 (not stamped on passport so will have to get stamped when going out of country). Do I really need to apply for EAD & AP extension now, since I have valid work authorization for quite some time and should get processing done (even after retrogression) much before the L1A expiry. Any thoughts? Anybody been to the same situations? Anybody sees risks of not getting stamping if I were to travel out of country?

My status has changed to Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction. For those who have gone to the interview, does the USCIS online system changes once they have scheduled an interview at the local office?
My file was in Nebraska, then it went to MO and now I would assume after this last change it is probably at my local office...

Usually Is the Immigration Officer call back number +1 800 000 0000
When a request is taken by USCIS to call back on more info for the SR we would have raised, did anyone experience if the call back from the Immigration Officer get listed on cell phone as +1 800 000 0000

I-140 Just Approved After 8 Months

Hope everyone if doing well today.
Here is my case.
Oct 2016 - PERM
March 2017 - PERM Determination
June 2017 - Applied for I-140/I485/I-765 (premium processing thru lawyer)
Sept 2017 - Received AED
March 2018 - I-140 was approved.
My question is, why is my I-140 was only approved this month? It is supposed to be premium processing. Anyone on the same boat?
When will get my I-485 if this is the case?
