L1B transition to L1A GC
Hi all,

I was originally transferred from my company on a L1B visa, but have been on L1A for 3 years now. The company plan on applying for GC, but is stating that my original transference was made on a L1B, it would have to pass through the labor department phases, event thought I am currently on a managerial role. Does anyone have more information on this? All the other managers in my company had their GC based on the executive category, which basically skips all the market research phase. I am not very familiar with the GC process, so I really appreciate some guidance on this.

Thank you very much

My green card case status says my case was sent auto an asylum office
Please help. I filed i485 application January 2020 . I did biometrics done on February, 2020. After that  my case status was saying we have completed fingerprint review and we will notify you when we make decision. But after 8 months, it says your case has been transferred to an asylum office for processing . that office will send you a decision or send you a request if it needs something from you. My status has not been changed yet it’s been 5 months now no letter came by mail. I'm really worried. Is it normal? Please any advice you could give me is helpful.
Thanks

10 months of waiting for I-360 approval. Is it normal?
Hey guys! Please help!

I'm currently on R-1 visa, applied for I-360 Petition back in April 2020. Received the receipt notice beginning of April 2020.
Trying to get EB-4 GC. Applied through California Service Center.

Anybody in the same boat? Please share your experience with the I-360 and I-485 these days. I thought the processing time on I-360 was 5-8 months.

Biometrics
We filed our AOS applications on Oct 27, 2020. ND - Dec 17, 2020. When should I expect to get the biometrics appointment? My spouse's EAD expires in April - is there any hope to get the EAD/AP to get approved by then?

No Update After Biometrics Appointment
Hi everyone! I did the biometrics on 01/04/2021 but the case status hasn’t changed to “fingerprints were taken” till now. It still says “Case was received”.

Is this normal? How long does it take for the case to update? Has anyone experienced this before?
