We had our employment based interview July 25 around the morning. It went pretty smooth and lasted around 15 minutes. . The officer who conducted the interview was very polite and nice. She verified all the personal information that was on the form and asked the yes/no questions. It was definitey a straightforward interview. At the end, she congratulated us and told us that we will receive our green card in 2 weeks.
By 9 pm the status online changed to “New card being Produced”. We did our interview in Lawrence.

SF Interview
Hello,
Has anyone interviewed from the SF office?
If so, have you heard back on your case?
My interview was held on June 7th, 2019 and I'm waiting for updates on my case.
My USCIS account also no longer shows the memo regarding my interview that was scheduled.
Has this happened to any one of you as well?
Please advise.
Thank you.

I485 Case Transferred back to NBC after Interview
I had my EB Interview and went extremely well according to the officer as no issues found. However, got handed a paper stating the case needed further review before final decision, but I should not worry. However, the next day got an update that my case transferred back to NBC (L.S MO) despite my priority date was current.

Is this normal? Why would case go back to NBC after an Interview? and how long it would take to hear a final decision.

Thanks.

Laid off before I-485 interview
have just got I-485 interview date but I have recently been laid off. I currently
have no job offer.
1. Can I call USCIS to change interview date? What reason should I tell for changing?

2. Will I face interview without Employee verification letter and not telling that I am unemployed unless explicitly asked?

Any suggestions?

F1 to asylum pending to TPS to employment based GC
Hey guys!! I feel my case is kind a complicated here. I initially came in as F1 and filed for political asylum before my OPT was over. I did not continue my F1 status then after, but rather choose to stay with my pending case. I have never left the states since then. A year later, I had TPS filed and approved. I found a company that filed for my I40 and I485. So far everything has been going smoothly, my I40 and I765 are approved and and I485 interview is already scheduled for next month. I am not asked for any RFE till this point . What I have doubt is what if the officer ask about be at the last moment? I fear I might have to travel outside of the states to get my GC since i did not have lawful
status after filing asylum till getting my TPS even though I have been lawfully
present in the country? I dont feel
safe to travel outside and fear I might not be able to get back in. Has anyone been in such situation before? Has anyone got their GC without having to leave the country and have their AOS adjusted? Any feedback is appreciated. I feel
like banging my head having no clue what to expect, whether be happy or sad?
