Anyone what’s the update in potomac . i only apply a removal of conditional GC : Date july 2020 last update was finger print july 29,2021 … i don’t want to apply for N-400 i don’t want to wait another year ..

Hello. I need some insight, I live in Nashville and I decided to work on my I-751 on my own I have everything covered except the field office that I should send my documents to. Online it says if you live in Tennessee you show send it to Arizona is this correct? I just need to verify because I don’t want any mistakes.

October 16, 2020 We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.

Applied to remove conditions conditions in June of 2019 after being married and obtained my green in Aug. of 2017.

I received my extension letter for my green for 18 months I use it for work verification and travels.

With this letter you go though extra extra screening coming back into the country, its like a marriage interview all over again 1 hr.
both times i travel and question like if you are still married when, where and hoe etc.

I received my biometrics in January 2020 to be done in February 2020.

Then case was transferred to another office for judication some time in 2020 after April 2020 because I had my first born in April so it was the middle to the last part of 2020.

Then march 16 2021 my case status changed to we are ready to schedule your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.

I scheduled a info pass to get a i-55 stamp for travel and work verifications because my 18 months extension was about to expire in march of 2021.

I also called to talk with a officer about my case because by know i had baby number two for my husband.
they set a time for the officer to call me back.

The officer called me back and said due to covid 19 they have a back log and he see where i was in line for a interview so i should wait it will be soon.

so I'm still waiting today is April 05, 1 year and 1 month for an interview.

Then my i-55 stamp was about to expire again so I made another info pass to get another stamp because I can't afford to lose my job because I have 2 children.

When I went for the stamp i ask the officer what is happening he said because of covid and my files where not at that office.

Since I was eligible for my citizenship so I filed my N-400 in march 2, 2022, along with all my evidence.

It was returned because I forgot to check the box for how am I eligible to file.

I made the correction and resubmitted the application on march 16.

March 18 it was received by the USCIS.

March 23 I got a text that my case was in review.

March 23 The money was removed from my account from the USCIS.

March 28 I received the notice of action with case in review and create online account.

And another letter stated the reuse of my bio-metrics.

now my case status says Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS
As of March 23, 2022, we are actively reviewing your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization, Our records show nothing is outstanding at this time. We will let you know if we need anything from you.

SO KNOW I'M WAITING AGAIN WHEN WILL THIS BE OVER.

Please if my i751 form was rejected because i didn't fill check correctly do i write a new date on a new form a d on G1145 form or write my old filling date ?

Hi All,

Can I travel to India with a I751 24 months extension receipt in hand, and a past expunged misdemeanor under 500? I'm thinking of travelling later this year and get married to my US citizen wife in Indian tradition, I will be flying alone to India first and my wife will be joining later, and we would return back together. Since marriage is not an emergency, is this safe to travel in this situation?

Hoping some answers for this situation, thanks!

Hi

I entered the USA in 2017 as on K1 visa and my husband applied for I 485, I 130 together in 2018 but somehow after 4 months of marriage, I was separated from him due to his abusive nature of him. I went to the interview alone and under a matter of sasey ,I managed t get a green card without submitting any proof but now to remove conditions I got RFE for good faith marriage.

I don't have any joint proof to submit , please suggest what to do next.

I am planning to travel in April 2022.
I am in the process of waiting for an interview for my I-751 (applied in 10/2019!!!)
My green card has been expired since 01/20
I got my green card stamp in June 2021
I received in 12/21 an new extension letter for 24 months

My question is:
Does the extension apply to my green card stamp of June 2021
Or
Of my expired green card of 01/20

Also I would like to know what I need for reentry
