Thanks for all the posts.
I have attended the interview at hyderabad on 29th of July.There are total of 13 counters and 6+ counters are occupied by VO. Questions asked to me are.My experience at consolate...
1. Got in to the consolate office by displaying Passport and the DD.
2. Got in to security room, where I have to take off my watch,belt and wallot for scanning.
3. After walking for some distance, got in to another building where a lady checks D156,D157 and suggests you if any gaps are there.Then we have to go to a counter where our finger prints will be taken, he scans the I797 docs and D156,D157 docs.once again suggests you if any thing is incomplate.From there i walked towards the token generator for interview with consolate.There you have seating arrangement.if you are feeling tensed, take a break for 5 mins there before taking the token.there will be a officer to generate token, if u r for H1, he will give you a 6 pages doc.We have to go through the document compulsaryly.Once the token is generated you will not have time more than 10-15 mins.Questions at interview.

VO: What is ur designation in present company?
ME: ZZZ.
VO: What will be ur designation in US?
ME: ZZZ.
VO: What is ur pay at US?
ME: YYYY per annum.
VO: Give me I129 and LCA.
ME: Handed over the docs.
VO: Have you gone through the 6 pages document given to you.
ME: Yes(confidently)
VO: Tell me wat have u understand from that.
ME: (Actually i din go thourgh the doc)I said 2-3 words and stopped.....
VO: U din got through the document?
ME: (Smiled and said) sorry i din go through.
VO: (smiled and gave me same copy again )read this and come again.
after some 5 mins I returned to VO.She asked me if i was confident with the document and then said
"U'r Visa is approved, will get the passport in 7 days."

My brother holds a greencard,can he sponsor greencard directly to me and my parents.
what is the process for doing it?how long it will take for this whole process to get a greencard.
I heard manytimes from so many people that,somebody has sponsored their brothers,their sisters
and parents,and somebody sponsored their nephews.
actually how it is possible,can anybody tell me the whole process for doing sponsorship.

How long before H1B expires can We enter USA
Hi I have H1B visa valid till sep 2009. I could travel due to personal reasons but now from past 6 months I am ready to travel but not finding openings.Is there any specific time limit before the H1B VISA valid date to enter USA or can a H1B visa Holder travel any day till his last day of Valid date.Someone please guide

I went to USA in the year Feb2008 on H1B,because of the Recession I lossed my job and came to India in the month of Jan 2009.
again when I planned to go in the month of April 2009,my employer told not to come as the situation is too worst.
my employer keep on giving some stupid reasons everytime by cancelling my trip to US.
atlast when I seriously decided to go US and told my employer that am coming US.he simply said its your own risk,and we dont support anymore.this was his resposne.
Friends I think you might be knowing very well that nowadays at the port of entry it has become a big headache with immigration people,they are scrutinizing like anything regarding project,your empployer details,client letters and phone no.'s...bla..bla..
I dont understand what to do now,and how to plan to enter US.
but at any cost,do or die I have to go USA,but dont know how to do it?
Now what shall I do,am thiking to take a dare step to enter US,and land in any small Airport in weekends so that there may be very very less chances of asking any questions regarding project,employer,client & manager phone no.'s.
Please If anybody can give good ideas or techniques to use for planning to enter US,It would be a great favour to me.

Any One From HRD Inc
I had applied for H1B visa from 2007 through HRD Inc and finally i got in lottery. My visa has been suspended since then and there is no update information from either USCIS or from my employeer. They are not taking any interest in my case and the employeer is asking me to wait for some time. For some other persons he asked to pay 5000 $ to get the visa as of my same case.
Anyone has everheard the company HRD Inc in Maryland.

Anyone from a big American company had any issues with H1 stamping
Please post your experince if you are working for a big american company and had any issues with your H1B stamping at the consulate....I am working for a big american non-IT company as a software engineer in IT department and have master's degree in computers from india and I have got very good genuine experince from big Indian IT companies + big ameriacn companies and I am still worried after reading recent experiences at the consulate...I am going to India for personal reasons and planning to go to Hyderabad for stamping in the next month....my visa is valid till Oct 1st 2009...if you guys had any problems even after having similar kind of experience then I may want to come back on my existing visa without new stamp...please help me and post yours or any of your friends experences...thanks a lot.

First of all,I would say this is a Verinon Fraud Company.There is HR named Samuel Devaraj,who doesnt pick your phone calls.And there is the president Pradeep Reddy who wont come to main picture.
And there is a marketing head Raj Reddy who doesnt speak english properly.In order to tax evasion they have three more branches in the name of KIP,IVYTECH & Cquent.
KIP is headed by Rajesh and he is also a big fraud(We will talk about him latter)
They doesnt pay your salary properly.They are blood suckers who will eat every bit of your money.I think recently there is an DOL investigation going on about this company.They wont pay you in bench and there will be no communication between the company and employee.They treat the employees as slaves.My heart is burning when I write abou this company.This company did not paid me for the past 3 months and not showing any remorse.
I would like to teach a lesson on this company.What can I do.But they are saying we have very good attorneys,So you cant do us anything.
