I am working for a big public limited company and planning to go to India for h1B renewal.
Within first 3 years of my h1 validaity I changed 2 companies. I came to US through a consulating company and worked for a client for 6 months through that company and the same client recruited me a as fulltime employee and it is a very famous and big non-profit org. I changed this company this year and moved to another big public limited company as a full time employee. So now I just have 4 pay stubs with me through current company. Does it create any problem? and Is it a problem changing 3 companies within 3 years? and also, it would be great if anyone can tell me what kind of documents I need to carry with me.

221g F1-CPT-H1
I got 221 g from Chennai Consulate...I believe...saying that we are doing in house project was the reason...
Got visa stamped with passport...after a month...
It took 2 months before that for gathering or preparing all the documents he asked....(ticked everything on employer side of 221g)....
As consulate don't have transparency in the process after 221 g....sitting idle not knowing whether we should do anything or not...is very tough....Depending on personal situation....it is tougher....
Anyways.....providing everything they have asked...and a little patience helped....I did wish I wouldn't have mentioned in house project...
Other than that......
Be precise to your answers to the consular....no more or no less in discussion...never say more than necessary...
Be cool and positive in mind while approaching...
And Best wishes

H1B Premium Denial , Re application Success, EOS denied
I just want to post my weird case so it serves as some information for others.
April 20 applied for H1B transfer preimum processing.
Apr 28 RFE asking for all contracts between multiple layers
May 1st - Travelled to India inspite of RFE for marriage
May 12th - Denial notice sent.
May 18th - Travelled back to USA with old stamp valid till Jun 11. I was allowed with I94 till Jun 11th.
May 28th - New H1B transfer applied Premium Processing
Jun 8th - RFE received along with Receipt number
RFE was for client letter, all contracts , pay stubs
Jun 18th - RFE replied with all docs
Jun 29th - Case approved
Jul 7th - Approval notice received but Extension of Stay denied, reason was 2 pay stubs were not provided between May 1 to May 30th. I did not have the pay stubs then because the payroll for that period runs on Jul 5th.
Situation now - Stuck in US with 31 day over stay not willing to take the risk of stamping in India. Plans to file a MTR against EOS denial.
Any advice on how long it takes for MTR to be processed?

Attend h1b visa on july 2nd and given 221g white form

After looking at documents for half an hour she gave a 221g form and asked me to submit all the originals .

Successful stamping at hyd consulate
I attended the Us Consulate for H1b in Hyderabad.The interview was pretty cool.These r the ques he asked.

H1B Stamping
We (Me, my wife, my son, daugther) went to US Embassy in Mumbai for Stamping, today morning. My interview appointment was at 8.30am.
It was big line outside consular office, we directly went near gate and showed my appointment letter to security, by seeing kids with us he asked us to go inside witout waiting in queue.
After security check and all we went inside the waiting hall there were 100+ people already waiting there, but within 5 minute they announced our number and asked us to see counter # 6.
We went there,
CO: I have 3 application and you are 4 people ?
ME: My daugther has US Passport.
CO: Okay, i was just making sure.
CO: So you work in Merrill Lynch.
ME: Yes (with similing face).
CO: Mam how do you like New Jersey
My wife: Its very good there.
CO: Young boy which grade you are in school?
My son: I'll be goin to 2nd grade
CO: I can't ask any thing to your daugther.
ME: Similed
My wife: Similed
CO: Your visa is approved, you will get your passport with visa today at 5.30pm.
ME: Thank you
My wife: Thank you

There were atleast 100 people waiting inside, and I was thinking it will have to wait atleast 2 hours for my Interview. But my 4 months old son started crying badly, and we were allowed to take interview first.
Just 6 Questions asked by VO
Q1. What do you do ?
Q2. What does your (sponsoring) company do ?
Q3. What’s your Qualification ?
Q4. How much will be your Salary ?
Q5. Have you ever been to US before ?
( I already posses a US B1/B2 visa and have visted US thrice)
Q6. How old is your Baby ? (Funny Question...! )
Then he saw my sponsoring company website for good 5-7 mins.
And that is it.
Golden Words came after "I have issued your Visa, you will get your passport in 2-3 days by courier"
The Visa Officer didn't asked for a single document, though I was carrying a file containing 10-12 all important documents.
Be Confident, Remain Cool an Calm, and the Visa will be yours.
