I am on h1b and I just stayed US for four months then I came back to India. Now it was almost 8 months passed and I want to go back US without the knowledge of my sponsoring company. What precaution I should take to clear immigration as one other company is ready to transfer my hib as soon as I reach there.

Is there any good and reasonable hotel near Chennai Consulate
Is there any good and reasonable hotel near Chennai Consulate other than palmgroove (Had a very bad experience with the quality).
How about the below or some other suggestions where people stayed about 5 min. walk/drive from consulate in the range of 1000-2000/-:

Urgent : Can we take the old DS 156/157 after 221(g)
I have seen some one suggesting to take a new DS 156/157 forms from http://evisaforms.state.gov.
But I heard many people saying to take the same DS 156/157 after 221(g) downloaded from the VFS site during the first appointment.
As the original VFS form has a barcode of ur HDFC receipt.
Can any 221(g) people who attended confirm if they have taken the new application form downloaded from http://evisaforms.state.gov or taken the old VFS PDFs form printout.
But I heard many people saying to take the same DS 156/157 after 221(g) downloaded from the VFS site during the first appointment.
As the original VFS form has a barcode of ur HDFC receipt.

This is jagadeesh narra, I got 221(g) in feb 14,2006.They give query like this-addtional processing required for your case and we will inform you later.but it almost over 3 months.any bady have an idea about this query an d how many days that will take place.

Got H-1 visa successfully from Pakistan

She asked me 4 Questions only and put a look on my documents and didn't ask me any Questions about them. Got my visa today!
Today, I got my passport with visa on it. I was given 221g asking me to produce additional documentation like project details, photos etc. I submitted them through vfs and after 6 weeks, i got the visa. This forum was quite helpful in me understanding the entire process for the visa. Thanks!
