Doubt regarding Appointment scheduling
Hello all,
My employer has applied for my H1-B last month and i think it will take another 10-15 days to get the approval back from CIS. I already see that the appointment is available only in october. But i already took the HDFC receipts, so can i go ahead and make my appointment without having the approved petition with me or should i need to have the petition with me to schedule the appointment.
Does the website asks anything regarding the petition?

how I will know... Whether it is Rejected or not
Hi..
I attended for h1b to consulate on Nov - I got 221 for some Documents.
Again I attended on Jan - Again I got 221g - at that time only she given Application recived stamp on last page of Passport.
Again I send my 1-797, I-129 and required Documents tru Dropbox -VFS
Finally after 3 months - 3 days back - I got only My passport and DD.
There is no other documets in the post..Only Passport and DD are there.
What does it mean - Is my visa got Rejected.
Can I wait for any response from consulate people.
Please let me know... If I got rejected..How I will know...whether it got rejected or Not...

I got 221(g) and Now I am waiting for reply from chennai consulate. But
I mentioned my official email on D156 and the problem is the email id what I mentioned is right now I am not able to access. So it could any problem to contact me. waiting for all your support.

I appeared for the H1B interview a couple of days back and have got 221(g).I have my old DS-156 / DS-157(Saved Copy from VFS Site).Can i go with the saved copy of DS156 / DS157 or do i have to fill out a fresh one from any site and take it along ?
If i have to take a fresh one from any site..Please give the url for the same.
