Last Friday I had my L1 VISA interview thanks for help from immhelp.
Following are the conversation between me and Consulate:
Me – Gud Morning Mam.
Consulate – Sir, Please give me your passport and documents
Me – (I Provided the Docs)
Consulate – have you ever been to US before?
Me – No Mam, this very first time.
Consulate – Which company you are in?
Me – I work for YYYY .
Consulate – and Client?
Me – Client is YYYY X.
Consulate – have you ever been to US before? (repeated the same que)
Me – No
Consulate - Explain about your project?
Me – Explained about project.
Consulate - What is your role?
Me –Explained.
Consulate - What tool you developed?
Me – Explained.
Consulate - What is the use of this tool?
Me – Explained.
Consulate - Is there anyone else going from your team?
Me – No, I am the only one.
Consulate - Reason for going to US?

L1-B individual
Hi,
Can anyone tell what is the approval rate of L1-B individual visa in Delhi? I got Blanket rejected earlier and my Co. filed individual petition with premium process which got approved by USCIS.

L2 Visa approved at HYD
Reached HYD office with my kid at 7:30 AM but was allowed to go inside only at 8:45 AM for 9 AM appoitment.
Having a kid in hand landed me at visa officer glass in just 30 mins:
Questions asked were:
-Whats your marriage date
-Where is your husband working
-Are you going to study in US
-Which place you will stay in US
Thats all and visa was approved.
HYD consulate is extremely well organized and if you are with kid, you can take one bottle of milk , no water is allowed you get it inside, no bisuits or any food items, and you can carry a purse but no electronics items.

L2 visa for dependant husband approved
Hi,
my L2 visa was approved yesterday. The process is simple and well coordinated within the consulate.
first you get a token and are allowed inside for the security check
second you wait for your token number to come up on a scree and go to the window you are directed to and get your documents arranged essentially for the L2 it is the primary applicants petition payslips and interview letter, confirmation letter and passport with the hdfc receipt
then you get your fingerprinting and move to the interview counter
QUESTIONS ASKED
1. where will you stay
2. where does your wife work
3. how long have you been married
4. where did your marriage take place
and then he said your visa is approved, didnt ask for any documents other than my passport also i havent seen any L2 visa holder here mention that you dont have to carry your photo as you have uploaded the same in the ds160 so carrying a photo is not required

L1 A Visa Got Approved @ Hyderabad on Aug 5th
I have attended in Hyd today i.e 5th August My Slot was at 9AM. They have allowed me at 8:45AM. I went to BEP Counter.there i have recieved the documetns which we have submitted 4 days back at VFS office.I have paid my petition fee @ Coutner 2.Then went to Counter 8 for Bio metric finger prints. Then He given me the token number.I have waited 30 min to get my token,I have met VO at around 10.40AM in counter # 13. It all happened for 7 min.Here is the conversation.
