B2 Visa rejected for Central Govt employee
I want to share my recent US interview on 10-04-2018 for B2 visa which was denied. I went for interview with my wife and two kids.
VO: Please Come forward
me: Thanks Sir, Good Morning
VO; Good Morning . Your passports please.
Me: I gave all the 4 pasports
VO; Why you want to Go to US
Me: for Vacation since kids have school holidays
VO; Which part of US you are planning
Me: CA, Montebello since my brother is there
VO; OK (typing )
VO; What work you do?
Me: I am working in YYYY Department, Govt of India
VO; (turning towards my wife) You ma'am?
My wife: I am home maker
VO : Ok
VO; Whats you income? (continuously typing)
Me:90K... Rs 90K per month
Vo: Ok
VO: have you ever visited any other country?
Me: No Sir.
VO; (typing for sometime. took a blue sheet, scratched one side and told)
Sorry, unfortunately as per prevailing US laws, under Section 214B you visa application has been disapproved. (and returned blue sheet and passports)

B1/B2 Visa for wife and kids
Hi,
I have a B1/B2 visa already and it will expire in 2021.
As it is summer holiday season around, am looking for a holiday in Disney World United states with my family. (Wife and 2 kids below 10 Yrs).
1) Do I need to book the tickets for Disney world before the Visa interview or just the hotel accomodation booking is enough?
Am curious what if the visa is not approved, the Disney world tickets would be non-refundable.
Please help.

B1 B2 visa denied! Need Help and advice

I would like to take some advice and share my experience as well, I am from Pakistan. I appeared for U.S B1/B2 visa interview twice, first time in 2010 with my mom and my sister as my uncle invited us, that was rejected as VO did not gave any solid reason, We had travel history as we have traveled to England twice and got 4 visas of UK, still rejected without any solid reason, Second time i applied alone in 2013 as my uncle invited me but that time i was just 18 so can guess the rejection easily, Fast forward to now i am 22 years old now I am working as a Business Development Manager in a company and earning around 50K PKR per month, also studying privately, I also had visited to London twice and i got visa of England 4 times, In December i visited Saudi Arabia and came back from Pilgrimage, Now i am thinking to apply one more time alone, as now my Girlfriend will be inviting me so i need advice that how much chances i have now? What should i arrange to satisfy VO that i will be returning back, One More thing My Girl Friend is not able to travel alone as she is not fit to travel alone, she has learning disorder, Kindly help me i want to meet her only we are in relation since 2014. Help and Advice would really be appreciated.

Meanwhile, my mom is a teacher, should I put myself as the sponsor or she will be sponsoring herself, then what documentation do I need to provide her from US and what documentation does she needs to provide for herself. She is planning on getting her passport while I draft the letter.

I've booked a round-trip to the USA (for about 25 days) in December. My boyfriend lives there, so I'm planning to visit him and a few other friends in the meantime. I'm also an avid travel blogger, so I'm hoping to make it my first international trip.
Age - 26 years old
Designation - Writer
Work experience - 5.5 years
Salary - 5L (a hike is on the way) plus whatever savings I have
Ties to India - Job plus family in Bangalore
What are my chances of getting a B2 visa? Is there anything else I need to consider before applying? Please advise. Thank you! :)
