Expedited 01-13-17
Was completed 01-20-17
I don't know their answer yet, today of all days.. guys my stomach is upset with all this. I was not expecting this. I'm about to call USCIS. I will keep you guys updated. But I'm waiting on President Trump as well. God please give us strength!

Has anyone applied for Advanced Parole this month? & have received any updates.

-My lawyer sent my Advanced Parole on December 20th,2016
-USCIS reveived my case on December 22,2016 (i checked the status online)
-On January 13,2017 I received my receipt which stated that my case was received on December 22,2016 & that it was in process. Same day I received a rejection notice which mentioned that the form was submitted with extra remittance that is not required to process the application, that my payment was going to be returned, I called my lawyer and he told me that it was the money from the biometrics, a money order of $445 was sent that included $360 for application/petition fee and $85 for biometrics which is being returned.
 
As of now im currently waiting & some what relief after Trumps interview with fox news in regards to DACA said this,

"It's a plan that's going to be very firm, but it's going to be a lot of heart. And we're going to be looking into that situation,” Trump said. “That's a very tough situation, but I think they're going to end up being very happy. We're going to have great people coming into our country, people that love our country.”

Hi I just want share my experience , because I'm thankful for this page , so I decided to apply for emergency advance parol on 01/06/3017 because of my mom been sick in Mexico ,, I fill the application with my lawyer on 01/07/2017 ,I received my moms birth certificate and doctor letter on 01/09/2017 my lawyers finished my file same day I went to the imigracion office on 01/08/2017 i was approved same day ,, i left the USA on 01/13/2017 came back on 01/15/2017 hey guys I was so scare but I took my chance and came back coming back was nerve racking the airport in Mexico check my letter it took like 20 minutes until they clear me to board the plain once I got to USA immigration put me in a room with more people I waited for 20 minutes then my name was called the officer said have a good day no questions at all I thank god for letting me see my mom hey guys make sure you feel comfortable to go if not don't do it I felt very comfortable with my history that's why I went

I have just a question: I received my AP (combo card for EAD and in front of the card state "serves for Advance Parole").

My question is since I received only this combo card without any additional document, is it enough to show at port of arrival?

Hello everyone. I just wanna know if the EAD and AP combo card should be included in the I-797 NOA. Just got an approval notice from MO but the card is not included. Are they gonna send it seperately? thank you in advance.

hello everyone can some one please let me know what happens next I apply for ap on 11/25/16 and had my case expedited on 12/30/16 today that I checked my status I have 3 updates all with the same date 01/11/17 one says my case was assigned to rep for respond, the next says we sent a respond for your case, and the last your case to have your ap expedited was completed now the email I got didn't say if it was approved or denied all it Sayed was

Does anyone know that after an expedited request for I-131 was accepted, how long they will make a decision?
