There is on upadate for EAD. I checked the website today and the case inquiry date mentioned is 21 May 2018. Do you guys think I should call for service request or I have to wait till 16th November.

EAD finally!
Hi guys,
So this is my journey wanted to share give back as we all got our encouragement from here.
PD 29th Dec 2017..filed concurrently..I 485, I 765, I 130
1st Biometrics. 1/30/18
2nd. -5/2/18
SR. - 4/18
1st RFE - 6/26..Sponsor
Exp - 7/26 no response after sendin evidence
SR. - 8/15
2nd RFE. - 8/ 17
RfE recieved. 9/25
Ready to be scheduled for Interview - 10/3
SR - 10/10
Congressman - 10/17 expect EAD on or before 11/26
Exp through Congressman job offer - 10/22
Card in Production - 10/23
Notice of approval in mail - 10/24
Card was mailed - 10/26
Card Delivered - 10/30
SSN recieved in mail 11/1
Its been a year of frustration,patience, tears and alot of prayers..so pliz don't lose hope..keep pushing and use the Congressman..that's what helped me..oh if u have an RFE it affects ur EAD. Once they accept then processing continues.Finally i can start living as i wait for my interview. All the best guys.

I submitted an Outside Normal processing time Service Request on 10/1/18
I submitted a second service request today.
When I call, they just read the same info i find online.

EAD expedite process
Hi guys,
I contacted congressman to help expedite my I-765. They emailed me on 11/5/18 saying USCIS has approved the expedited process and are now working on it. Does anyone know how long it takes to hear a response once expedited process has been approved?
