Expedited Request - Response
On Monday 11/3 I submitted an expedite request to USCIS based on a job offer and financial loss.
Today I received a Response "Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly."
This is the same response I received to an SR on October 29th.
I lose the job offer on November 28th if I cannot provide an approval notice..
Has anyone ever received this response to am expedited request?...... A generic response that doesn't say whether my request has been approved or denied.
PD is June 29th at MSC/NBC
Waiting over 140 days

Request for initial documents
I submitted my I-130 , I-485 and I-765 and I received a notice of reciept for all respectively. But I reciebed a mail requesting for additional documents for my I-485 because I didn’t submit the affidavit of sponsorship and they also want a better proof of my birth certificate. Please who can tell me will this delay in the processing of the i-485 also affect the processing time of the EAD? Thanks

Hi Guys.
Finally my case status has changed as.. New card is being produced. On Nov 16, 2017, we ordered your new card for receipt number **** **** **** *** and will mail it to the address you gave.
Does anyone know if this means approval? If yes, how long does it take for the card to be mailed after this kind of action and how long does it take to receive a card in hand? I didn't receive any email stating that my case has been approved.
At least something has happened to my case, I feel relieved.
Again my case was received on June 13 based on marriage, it's now 153 days (Filed I-130, I-765 and I-485 forms).

I would like to share my experience in here since I've been watching this forum for months... Thank you everyone who had given me advices and shared their experiences in here. Here is mine:
Service center: NBC/MSC
7/22/17: Filed I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131 concurrently
7/27/17: USCIS received all of my cases
8/23/17: Biometrics appointment
Then it's the long wait:
10/10/17: Raised first SR, no response
10/25/17: Contacted congressman's office. The staff said she will mail a letter to USCIS to inquire about my case. Once she hear back, she will mail me a notice.
11/2/17: Raised second SR, no response
11/9/17: Called USCIS customer service and requested to talk to a tier 2 officer. The officer then told me that an action was taken on both my EAD and AP cases on 11/3, but she did not tell me what actions were taken, and asked me to wait another 20 days.
11/15/17: Received a letter from congressman's office saying my cases is currently under review by an adjudications officer and should receive a decision shortly. (Letter mailed to me on 11/5)
On the same day, I received email/text notification saying my EAD is being produced and mailed to me.
Total: 111 days.
I still did not receive any updates online about my AP. I am not sure what's going on. Does anyone know if it is going to come as a combo card but they just didn't update the status online, or my AP is still pending?

Regarding my EAD application.
Hello Everyone
It's regarding my EAD application which i sent to Dallas Service Centre on Jul 28, 2017 and on Jul 31, 2017 i got an acceptance mail and message from USCIS. I am also done with my biometrics on Aug 26, 2017. Since then, i have not received any news from them. The case status for my application is still the same i.e. case was received on Jul 31,2017......
Moreover, I have not submitted any case inquiry till date. Please suggest what should be done in this case.

I checked case status on USCIS. For I-765, card has been issued, while for I-131, case in process. Does that mean I will only get EAD for now with no travel document? I There are quite a few people who had received combo card on this forum. please comment on my situation. Thanks

H1 to H4/EAD
Filed concurrently to move from H1 to H4 and also the EAD work permit with Spouse filing i140 on premium.
Sent application on Nov 1st. got approval notice today (Nov 14th).
Was wondering when will i get the EAD card?
Also my H4 kicks in from Dec 15th and EAD approval is dated Nov-7th. So can i start working as soon as i get my card or do i have wait for my H4 date (Dec-15th).
