Finally
So,finally on the 1st of November i received text messages about 8 or 9 messages telling me my i-765 has been approved. i nearly fell where i was standing.

This is my timeline -

PD - July 13th
Bio-metrics - August 9 (done for both i-765 and i-485)
RFE- August 12 for not submitting the I-130A
On August 18th USCIS received response from me

On the 75th day i called and set up SR on 27th September
October 15th i set up another SR (yet my case was not assigned yet

On October 26 i called to inquire about my EAD and the lady insisted on setting up another SR i said NO i'll like to speak to your supervisor.
She transferred me and the machine said you'll get a call back in 72 mins. An hour later,i got a call from a USCIS supervisor who asked bout my full names and address. He told me they were backlogged and advised i have some patience. i said okay i'll wait.

On the 1st of November i got a text saying i was approved on the 31st of October. That same day by 11pm i got a text saying my new card has been mailed to you.

Thank you for your post cause this forum kept me alive and i knew i had hope when i read from other people's experiences here.

Different Statuses
Hello,

Our case just changed from case was received to "New card being produced"

Just wondering does that status mean it's approved? If so, how long ish will it take for us to receive the card?

Thank you for the help in advance!

Waiting on EAD (National Benefits Center)
Hi everyone, thank you for sharing your experiences.

I am married to a US citizen in the navy. My case starts with MSC**

This is my timeline:

July 5th - received
October 5th - Service request filed
November 2nd - after reading in the forums, I called the national number and asked to talk to a L2 officer. He called me back after 4 hours and told me that currently, they are working on cases from 13th of May and they are behind. Getting EADs can take 4-6 months after they have received it.
The SR has not helped me in any way. All the email said was: still under review.

Case status online is still they same: received on 5th of July.

Now it has been 121 days, and I might have to wait until end of December/beginning of January based on what he told me. Crossing my fingers it will come before then.

Combo card approved and on hand!

Hi, this blog has helped me, and so much relief for the long time we all have to pass... so here my timeline, my Combo card is already mailed to me.

My case is AOS through marriage (same sex), adjusting using the Cuban Adjustment Act (CAA) of my husband who is still resident, so, it is the same as if I had married a US Citizen; I highly recommend anyone who is married to a Cuban who is still resident, to compare lawyers with CAA expertise to get the best benefits, because the majority of them have no complete knowledge of CAA and will not work with you unless you are married for one year, or/and will treat the case as if you are married to a resident *which it takes much longer to get any benefits*, or until the Cuban national gets US citizenship.

TIMELINE:
July 11th - Received Date
July 17th - Notice Date
October 17th - I raised a SR which is actually still not being processed to review (so in my case the SR did not work)
October 27th - I received a text notifying me that my card has been mailed.
October 30th - My combo card was in my mailbox. (I am not sure if arrived on 30th or before as I was away for the weekend).

My case did never change from case received, it just changed on October 27th to Card mailed.

Total days: 108 days from received day to Card has been mailed.
Service Center: MSC
Category: C09 (In my EAD Card it states category C09P, in which the "P" stands that I have advance Parole)

Good luck to everyone, and keep your excellent communication, it helps a lot to relief now that we are all experiencing delays.

Please give me your best solution (got 4 job offers but i-9 is the problem)
I know this is early but I applied Aug. 22nd , got my notice on Aug. 29 and did biometrics on sept. 11. I applied through an attorney so i think I'm solid now . Who got a similar time-range ? And should i raise a pr or case status yet or refer to my district congressman yet or is it too soon ? Please give me your best answer because I'm stuck with my job offers and need to move in with my lovely wife and step-son soon as I can't do that without a job . Also if i decide to use a congress man , can it be with some other congressman in a different district than where i live? Thanks alot guys !!

P.S : I love the unity and contributions here . Let's stay together as one guys .
