EAD is new and grounded on my husband's L1 Visa. I am L2.
Aug 30, 2017: PD for EAD i-765 received by Texas Office Aug 30, 2017.
Sept 02: Received SMS and mail informing that my documents were being sent to Vermont USCIS Office.
Sept 10, 2017: Written Note of receipt from USCIS received in the mailbox.
Since then, no request for biometrics.
My Status in the USCIS website only shows that my request has been received.
It's 65 days with no update.
What do you suggest? I wonder why I had received no request for the biometrics.

EAD RENEWAL CAT C08-NSC-UPDATE — FINALLY!!!!
Hey guys I just wanted to share my experience with you all. My application was received on March 28. Since than I had no updates until a week ago I raised several SR‘s and had even had expedited request but nothing seems to help . My 180 days extension that I was granted is expiring on November 30. With all being said my card is finally in my hand as of today total turnaround 215 days. I have to say it was nerve wracking, traumatizing and my stress levels was out of control but kept the faith up. I’m not sure if this would help but I had contacted my congressman 2 weeks ago but had never heard back from them so I’m not really sure if they had something to do with my approval or it was just pure good luck!! Anyway guys FYI your new EAD card is valid for two years hopefully by then I would be all set and don’t have to worry about going through this again.... good luck to you all and God bless!!!!

I wanted to post my update here for people with similar cases. My old card expired on 08/08/2017. I was able to continue working with extension.
My renewal application was received on April 11, 2017
I opened a SR in 08/15/2017. They replied and told I need to wait and if no updates within 60 days contact them again.
On 11/03/2017 my status changed to "New Card Is Being Produced"
I hope this helps to all people worried about their EAD card delay.
I did not contact congressman or senator's office for help. I've been getting worried and actually almost decided to go that route if my card did not get any status update by mid November.

Our EAD experience
Filed EAD 7/10/17 Along with i485,i130 and i131 we also completed physical everything was enclosed for marriage based
07/10/17 accepted

72 days we submitted SR

RFE on 485 Issued on 7th September 2017 (both me and my wife)

My wife EAD approved on 03 October, mailed on 5th October and received on hands in 3 days
On my EAD, After a service request on 17th October, the Service request was completed on 20th October, Over a phone they said they approved but in system it was not reflecting. Finally the USCIC.gov system says that it is Ordered on 27th October, mailed on 31st October and received yesterday on 3rd November
Hope this helps. Make a note that Service request helps. Spouse receiving the EA in advance seems to be common. Children are the quickest to get the parole

Anybody with a PD of around mid to late June receive their EAD from MSC (NBC)??

- Raised first SR October 1st - no response

It seems that there hasn't been any progress in the processing times (still saying EAD June 1st -NSC), but I read that someone who filed in July already received an EAD card. Would anyone who submitted their application in June, July, or August 2017 like to share their timeline?
My timeline: EB3 NSC
08/14/2017: I-485, I-765, I-140, I-131 submitted
08/15/2017: applications received
09/08/2017: Biometrics notice received
09/26/2017: Biometrics is done
Spoke to level 2 officer on Nov/03/2017 to change my address and ask about my case. She mentioned that the 90-day timeframe is no longer applicable and said her system showed they were currently processing EAD cards from June 1st. She suggested I continued checking for updates since the information could change tomorrow and show they were processing July or even August cases. I would love to know if anyone who filed in July already received an EAD card.
