card being processed after 125 days
I filed i-765 along with i-485 on May 20th
But USCIS received my Inititial RFE on July 20th (resets to 0)
We have been waiting for 125 days. Haven't contacted any congressman or senate yet.
Today we called the customer service to request our 3rd service request.
We haven't heard anything back from them on the service requests we filed on September and October.
And today, the customer service said that the card is being processed.
the processing time, she says, takes upto 60 days.
But when we look up our case status on USCIS website, we don't see such update, but she did inform us that through our previous service requests, she can see the update that the the card is being processed.

EAD renewal processing time longest delay ever
Hello fellows,
I came one more time to share my hopeless experience to you guys as I know how your experiences and your words are so helpful on this forum to help me stay alive during this interim time.
My case was received since April 14, 2017. Up to here no necessary update over 210 days. The last SR I sent to USCIS I got an answer for it on Nov 7, 2017 mentioned my case is CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW BY AN OFFICER and I should receive an a notice of any decision from that day and 60 days. Could you advise me according to your experiences what I could expect very shortly?

How long does it take to get EAD for F1 student got married to USC

I am from Saint Paul , MN
9th September – 2017: I filed Concurrently I-130, I-485 and I -765.
14th September - 2017: I got I-797 C for I-130, I-485 and I -765.
Then I noticed in I-765, the date of birth is not correct. But in, I-485 the date of birth was perfect.
15th September -2017: I call to the USCIS customer center to re-correct the date of birth. (It was little bit confusing conversation though they said the corrected it over the phone).
16th September -2017: I got my 797-c mentioning my biometric appointment date.
6th October -2017: I did my biometric.
Now waiting for EAD
How long does it take to get EAD ? and I am also confused that they will give me EAD with right DOB or not ?

RFE on my EAD after 110 days

Today i called National benefits center regarding the status on my EAD as its already been 110 days since i applied for EAD. I get to know from NBC that there is an RFE on my case for which i have not received any mail communication till date regarding this. I called the centre as i got an offer from an employer and now the NBC people are telling me about RFE, and i think it would set me clock set to zero when i would provide additional information. Can anyone of you please suggest in this case?

Retention of expired EAD card
I re-entered United States and I was redirected to passport control room for further verification. Currently I am on Stem Extension. I handed over my passport, I-20, current EAD (Stem – Extension) and old EAD (post-completion OPT) to immigration officer.
After the detailed check, immigration officer retained the old EAD card saying the card has been expired and is US Govt property now. He mentioned that new EAD card has all the information needed for immigration purpose. I would like to confirm if I should need expired EAD for the purpose of re-entry/H1B/Green Card or any other immigration purpose ?
Does anyone else has the same experience?

EAD approved, asked to resubmit photos, still waiting for card
EAD renewal was filed on Jul 5 and approved on Sep 11 (A17 category, Vermont center). About 3 weeks after approval I got a letter from VT center asking to resubmit photos to a specific employee (name and 6 character code). Photos were sent on Oct 3.
It has been more than 45 days since then, and I still have not received the new card. Case status on USCIS website says that "Case was approved" with no additional details. I submitted a request for "Non-Delivery of Card" on Nov 9 (no response). I tried calling the national customer service center but the representatives were unable to help or provide more information.
The current EAD expires on Dec 29. Is there anything else I can do to expedite this?

I am a USC, I filed an 130 for my spouse. We have a long story if you would like to know more check out my experience. To make a long story short we are waiting on a decision for his GC.
In the meantime, we filed for an 765 renewal (90 days before it expired). It was received in August. His original card is due to expire at the end of this month. Has anyone applied for & received their renewal card?
If so, approximately how long did it take you to receive it after they received it?
Or did you receive a decision before receiving your EAD card?
