EAD Anxiously Waiting
Hi, I submitted my EAD paperwork on 10/8
it was received 10/13
On 12/31 i submitted a service request as it was over 75 days and i had not seen any changes made

on 12/31 they closed the service request with this in an email

"The status of this service request is:

We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 60 days.

What You Can Do
Please see the "Online Services" below to check the status of your case in the future.

We hope this information is helpful to you."

Well Im not entirely sure what that means, why was an additional review performed? Is it delayed because i submitted the service request?

Im so frustrated, tomorrow will make 88 days since they received my application and the idea it could take another 60 is seriously concerning.

Any help is appreciated

EAD timeline with K1 Visa
Hi everyone,
I entered in the US with my K1 visa. After marrying my fiancee, we applied for my EAD as well as Adjustment of status and travel document.

Here is my timeline:

Papers sent to Chicago
Routed to MSC (National Benefit Center)
Nov 3, my case was received; Nov 5, fingerprints fees accepted
Nov 11, received all 3 receipts in the mail.
Right after that, received on the mail a letter with my biometrics appointment date
Nov 24, Biometrics done successfully

However, since then, I haven't heard or received anything.
Today, is my 65th day and I am getting a little concern.

Does anyone have a similar timeline?

Hopefully I will hear some great news by next week.

Disappointed
Ok after all of the waiting time ... finally i received email it said that my EAD application stopped or on hold till i send the Initial evidence for form I-485. I asked 7 lawyers and they all told me that's not related and it's totally different case. but now am trying to get sponsor, and no work and that's really missed up. any one has the same situation or had same issue.
ANY REPLY or information will really help.

Thank you!

Confused about AED
Hello, My PD Oct. 6. Bio done on Nov. 3rd.
since it passed more than 80 days for my EAD I called on December 30th.
on December 31 I got three updates

1. On December 31, 2015, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, was assigned to an officer for response.
2. On December 31, 2015, we sent a response to your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application.
3. On December 31, 2015, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, was completed.

I don't understand what that mean? there's no mention for approve it or not. anyone can explain to me.

I appreciate your help.

Confused? Or too early to panic?
On December 17th, USCIS received my entire AOS package after marrying my US Citizen Fiance. Just last night/early hours of this morning, 1/4/2016, I received a text and email saying that my case has been received and that they would send me a letter which should come in 7-10 days. Great news, I thought! They sent me 2 texts and 2 emails with 2 different receipt numbers. I went online to track them and 1 is for my Travel Document and the other is for my I-485 and states that my "fingerprint fee has been received" but there is no mention of my work permit application.

Should I be receiving another receipt number for that? Or will it just show up? Or will it come after I have had my finger prints taken. I know that I only got the texts and emails at the early hours of this morning and the letter to follow may explain more but I'm very eager to know what is going on.

Any comments would be of great help, Thanks!
