First card production and then says "Case Approved" - still worries me
After waiting for more than 96 days and numerous follow-ups with NSCS, finally my status went to "Card Production" on June 19. But it still worries me.
I got an email notification around 1:30 PM on 06/19 that card went for production and during 8:30 pm on same day, it got changed to "Case Approved".
I am confused - shouldn't it first display "Case Approved" followed by "Card Production". what is your exprience? My current EAD is expiring in 4 days and employer is asking for extention and all these status changes worry me.
Please share your case exp.

OPT EAD CARD Application Suspended

Here is a brief about my status with USCIS.
Applied for OPT EAD Card on January 5. Application Received by USCIS on January 13.
Form I-797 (Notice Of Action) received from USCIS in next 10-15 days.
90 days passed, no update from USCIS so raised a couple of service requests.
Last service Request got expired on June 17.
Raised an E-Request by sending out an email to them , and got notified that case got suspended and will be resumed once they receive more information and necessary documents.
Documents were not specified in the email sent but will be mentioned in the MAIL sent by USCIS.
If anyone has faced same problem, please suggest what does this status mean. And what all actions they might take.

Card in production
Hi,
Good news for me, finally my card is in production, all thanks to senator, yesterday afternoon I spoke with the person in senator office, asked me for supporting document and I provided. This morning I got message that there is update in your case and when checked found that my card is in production.

My wife and I got married 25 August 2014
We filed all the necessary paperwork, had my biometrics done but received a RFE after requesting to have my EAD expidited, informing us to send it via fax, however the fax number doesn't work, and after numerous attempts at sending the info through, we decided to call in, so a lady instructed us that she will contact her supervisor and request a number to fax info through, which didn't happen so we called on friday and we were instructed to mail it in, which we did to Missouri, and today upon checking for mail, I received a letter stating our case is under review... Does anyone have a valid fax number? As this is the only obstacle in our way

EAD expired, renewal pending,approaching 90 days

Applied for EAD renewal on 19th Mar, USCIS received my application on 20th Mar. Since then no change in the status" Case received on 20th Mar".
I tried all the possible options:
-Raised SR on 20th May and again on 3rd of Jun.
- Visited State Senator Office on 8th Jun
-Raised an expedite request 10th Jun
But nothing help so far, I contacted NCS, and am told that a mail has been sent to my address in response to the inquiry i made on Jun 3rd. So i requested the representative to read the response for me and " Your case has been delayed than expected timeline" was the response.
I'm shoot out with emails from my consult and Client asking for update and am left with no update. I'm really worried as its been more than 2 weeks now since I'M on leave without pay.

- Raised an expedite request.
(They have responded with a letter, that hasn't reached me yet. They say they have posted it. they just want additional info/supporting doc to show that my absence is causing financial loss to the organization. What kind of document would prove that.
Neither the company nor the lawyer is helping .They want me to draft one.
What should this letter read/look like.
Need some examples/directions here. Please help!!

EAD renewal timing

I have a question regarding the time it is taking to receive the actual EAD card itself once the I-765 and I-131 have been approved. Please note this is specific to a renewal and not and initial application for AOS.
My situation:
EB2, Texas Service Center, 2nd renewal, EAD expiration May 23rd
Timeline thus far:
Monday April 6th: Receipt Date
Thursday May 14th: Application approved
My lawyers told me I could expect the card within 10 days. It has been well over 15 days and there has been no further update on the card being issued/sent. So I called the 1-800 number to ask about average wait time, and the representative initiated a service request.
Does anyone have any experience with the Texas Service Center and their EAD renewal? If so, how long did it take them to send you the card after your application was approved?

EAD currently on 78th day
Last Thursday (6/4) was the 76th day since we had applied and were able to file a case with USCIS. We basically were told they would look into this and will be contacted within 15-30 days if nothing happens with our case by then. What did your timelines end up being? We're starting to get worried as 90 days will be 6/18/15 and my husband is really looking to start his job that he has lined up. Thanks!

Expediting EAD
Will expediting EAD hurt your normal process time? My EAD expires in 20 days and I dont have much time. If i wait till 75 day mark, i will have only 4 days left until expiry. I filed 79 days in advance.
I have a bitter experience on initiating SR. Me and my wife had filed AP together in OCt 2014 but her AP came in 7 months and when I iniitiated an SR on mine, I got that after 1 month.

Offsite Storage Facility
Hi All,
I raised an expedite request for my application for EAD (due by 115 days) and got the following response from USCIS. I really not able to find out what exactly they are trying to say. The response is
"The status of this service request is:
A review of our records indicates that your application was forwarded to an offsite storage facility. Your file has been requested and USCIS will review your application and respond back to you with our determination of your expedite request. Please allow 30 days for receipt of this final decision".
Does anybody know what is this storage facility? I tried calling L1 officer for the explanation however he was unable to give a proper response. Anybody else have faced this problem? Please help me on how should I need to proceed now?
