EAD Status no change since the time of application
Hi Everyone,
I applied for my EAD on Dec 12 2014, with form I765
Received my appointment for biometrics on 31st Dec 2014.
Inbetween I changed my address on Jan 20th 2014 and received a mail for it.
Ever since my date of submission the status is just showing that we received your correspondence and its in process.
I am very worried as its already 81 days from the time I have applied, I even contacted the call center and booked an enquiry.
Any help on this is really helpful, please suggest me on what to do next.

EAD CARD Story.

I will explain some info and my story.
I am living in Palm springs, CA and I am here with J1 visa, I got married here. I apply green card through marriage and filled form by immigration service office, which is costing 1500$ and when I start to this paper works, owner of the office told me my EAD card will take 45 days and I had 60 days ending my visa, I thought it is great, I do not need to leave my work and wait, i can continue to work. Anyways after take my all paper to process to office and after payment money they told me I can have my EAD card 60 days, anyway here is the procedure time;
--sent document 12th November
--USCIS receive on 12th December 14
-- I got receipts 18th December 14
--Fingerprint appointment document for 14th of January on 2nd of January
--I did not wait 14th of January to finger print and I went to same day which I receive document 2nd of January 15
--case statues changed to Travel documents approved and EAD card sent to printing on 18th of February 15
--received Travel document by mail and also statues changed for EAD card as a Card Mailed To Me on 23rd Feb 15
--EAD card statues changed on 24th as a EAD card sent by USPS on 23rd February and receive date 25th February..

EAD i little bit confuse, plese anybody can help?
Hello guys, My status changed to Your card was ordered to produce, everything ok, then i checked today 2 days ago and the status changed again, now said My case was approved, and they will mail me with my instructions, I dot know if this is the normal process...I though when you get the notification ''your card was ordered to produce'' the next step is get EAD, any help I would appreciate please

EAD Spped up slip
Did anybody used speed up slip while renewing the EAD? Is there any benefit from that.I got Speed up slip in my old EAD card nd they mentioned that use this slip for your extension to speed up the process..

Card was ordered to be produced
Hello all,
I wonder, for those of you have got your EAD cards. How long does it take for you to receive it from the time they said "Card was ordered to be produced"?
This status has been like this since February 10....
"On February 10, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number"
So it has been a week since, my job starts on 23rd, I am very nervous if the card is not going to make it in time...

H1 B extension RFE , I 131 and I 765 approved, can i stay in US ?

I am in a tricky position here, my h1b extension is currently under RFE and response is due on 14th Feb 2015. My I94 already expired in Jan 2015. Also my employer is facing a problem in reverting on my RFE and seems like might not be able to make it up on time.
My I765 (EAD)- status says " Card has been ordered " and I 131 (AP) - Case is approved. I want to know can i stay in US and work legally even if my H1 B rfe is not responded on time and in worst case denied ? Or will i be out of status on 14th Feb and will have to leave the country immediately.

EAD e-filing
Hi,
I have applied for my EAD (online payment) on 14th Jan'15 and received i-797 within a week. Post that i have submitted my documents to the mentioned address (as in i-797 form). However, online status of i-765 shows as pending.
Do i need to certify form again? Can someone help in understanding next steps?

However, whenever i check the case status online it says 'case has been received'. it was last updated on December 15. i called USCIS and the customer rep told me that she can file a biometric appointment (even though i told her i am an f 1 student and won't need biometrics) she said they will let you know if you do or not and if not then they can give you an update on your case. however, on january 24th i received a notice saying that my case does not need biometrics. i then contacted my local congressman to check if they could expedite my case since i have a job offer pending since january and they keep extending week by week waiting for my ead card. my congressman sent a request but replied to me today that USCIS denied expedite request since processing times are 90 days. till today the case status is case has been received. I am really worried, I don't know by when I can expect the card. does anyone have similar application dates and has received the card? Please let me know..

As most people here writes negative experiences or problems, when I read this forum seemed to me that all is messed up. So I decided write my, let say, positive experience.
5th November 2014- submitted an application for EAD for J2
7th January- status change to need additional information
13th January- I received mail that I need to send different photo
14th January- I sent photo
22th January- card was ordered to be produced
27th January- card was send to me
29th January- I received my EAD :-)
