Applied in May 2017
Got i40 approved after one month
Got RFE for medical, sent them already
Since then no update
Called so many ti.es, raised sr requests but
everytime same answer that it's under review.
Lawyer said he cant do anything about it.
Waiting is soooo hard, my sister is sick in my back home, but lawyer not suggesting

Sooo frustrating

First of all thank you guys for sharing the experiences with us. And I promise myself to share mine too. It was a smooth interview and got message (new card is being produced) after 2 hours of interview.

Interview experience;
I went to immigration office 40min ago and I waited there about 50 minutes. I suggest that you need to get in there earlier than the time because basically it is first come first serve. And the officer was so nice and only asked me few questions like , where is your address, do you think you are qualify for this position, did you go to military, have you ever worked , and asked for experience letter from the company and my driver license. Than yes no questions and he told me that if he needs any documentation, they will let me know. After few hours I got message from Uscis that my new card is being produced. Thank you for the sharing experience. I believe that the key is calm down and answer questions while you looking his/her face with confidence.

hi all, hope everyone is doing fine.
L1-A visa
My PD is August 2017
my category is EB1-C india.
i am done with my green card interview in january and everything went smooth. its just the PD was not current so they couldnt approve my case.
the only problem that persists is the retrogression that took place .
my visa is valid till feb 2021 and i am left with one more extension from the available 3+2+2 years format.
i need to understand what will happens if till 2021 the PD is not current , and my visa expires and i am not offered the extension .
will i still be able to extend my EAD or they are obligated to extend my visa as my process is almost 95% complete.

Priority Date: Aug.29, 2018
Filed concurrently I485, I-140 (premium processing), I-765, I-131
I-485 Receipt Date: Dec.21, 2018
I-140 Approval Date: Jan. 11,2019
1. Could you please confirm that AC 21 rule for job portability can be applied when 180 days passed since the moment of I-485 receipt date if I-140 already approved (so in my case AC21 becomes available in June, 21, 2019)?
2. How much time one have to find new job under AC-21 rule if current employer decided to lay off?
I.e. on June 24 I may be informed about lay off - how quickly should I find new job?
I.e. Within 1 month or 2 months? Or simply new job must be found before an I-485 interview?

Got my I140 approved. Nothing yet on my i485. Priority date is current. I485 submission April 2018. Any April 2018 filers here? Biometric was done already. What next after approval of i140? Feedback is highly appreciated
