EB1C - RFE on my L1A
Hi,
Please help in my case if someone has gone through the similar situation.
I140 approve, I485 pending for more than 6 month, waiting for my IOS interview, have valid GC-EAD.
My company A (who applied my GC) field my L1A extension while I was waiting for my GC as I was on L1A status. In between due to downsizing in my company A , I have been asked to leave the company A. I joined company B on my GC-EAD. Now I got RFE on my L1A extension which was applied by my company A. What should I do as I am now working with company B on GC-EAD? Should I ask my company A to withdraw my extension or should I just ignore the RFE. Please suggest.

Travelling during EAD/AP processing
EAD/AP processing seems to be taking 6.5 to 7 months nowadays.
Mine was files in February and I had to travel outside of the country once (in february itself), and might need to travel outside of the country once again, and haven't heard from EAD/AP
I heard they tend to deny AP filings for candidates who travel during its processing time.
Two questions:
1 - Would my denial be determined right after my trip, or would they process for 6.5 months only to let me know the trip I made 4 months ago caused the denial?
2 - Did you have your AP denied? I'm not hearing much about that here in this experiences page, is that still a practice?

Fingerprinting review was done on: 12/9/2018.
When should I expect to have EAD and interview. This wait time is difficult. Thanks.

Got Combo card (EAD/AP) on 6/1/2019, after 6.5 months (online update starts coming from 5/28/2019 when card was approved and mailed on 5/30/2019)
I-140 Approved on 11/5/2018 (Premium filing)
I-485 filed on 11/09/2018 , Received by USCIS on 11/13/2018 -Phoenix
Receipt Notice received from National Benefits Center on 11/29/2018
Biometric Appointment on 12/21/2018
Now next wait will be for interview scheduling.......Any idea how long it will take

just want to share my experience with you guys !
here is the time line for my I 485 application :

2- Receipt notice received from USCIS 5/18/2018
3- Biometric appointment 6/1/18
4- EAD and AP approval notice 8/7/18
5- Interview notice received 5/21/19
6- Interview Date 5/28/19
7- I 485 Approval 5/28/19
8- GD mailed to me 5/31/19
9- GD received 6/3/19
Our interview was with one of the senior officers!
He called my name and we walked to his room. He saw the medical in my hand and asked for those.
We chat a little bit and talked about different subjects.
He asked my full name, date of birth, marriage date and my wife's BD.
then he asked few yes/no questions. After that he asked the same questions from my wife and
just looked at our photo album.
at the end he said I am going to approve your case Today and you should have your GD in 7 days.
The officer was super nice and experienced!
My only advice to you guys is just to be patient.
I was checking and reading on different forums each week to see what other folks do but It was just frustrating. I saw people filled their applications on later dates and they had already received their cards.

Filed concurrently on 28 August 2018.
Today early morning got the status, "Ready to be scheduled for an interview",
and in afternoon got the status, "Interview scheduled".
I feel I am crazy to believe that I got so lucky that I "witnessed" two status changes in the same day. I absolutely understand the torment of checking status daily, multiple times. I just wish the process was easy for everyone.
