Eb1c India - Interview scheduled - Travel question
I-140 is approved, PD is Aug 2017. EAD/AP approved till Jan 2021. Detailed timeline is in the link in my signature.
AOS interview just got scheduled for end of May for me and my family. We had a pre-scheduled travel to India starting mid-May which we are now going to reschedule to June to July.
Considering my PD is not current, is there any risk in traveling outside US after the AOS interview. Should we wait for some number of days before travelling. Appreciate any guidance anyone can provide and accordingly I'll reschedule our travel.

Is there any EB1C (india) with PD Jan 2017 filer still waiting for status ? Date is current since Feb-2019 and seems like retrogression may start any time soon. Any information will be helpful.

Hi All, waiting on interview notice in Phoenix. How long have others waited?
Filed concurrently on 8/30/2018 with 131, 140, 765, and 485.
My H1-B (Oct 2014) and 485 (EB3-ROW) are with the same employer and role, no changes.
I-131 and I-765 approved 10/18/18 and EAD card sent.
I-140 approved 2/8/2019.
I-485:
-10/17/2018 Biometric appointment
-3/20/2019 Case transferred to NBC to speed up processing.
Anyone else stuck with no transfer to local office?

Priority date - Nov 2017
Concurrent filing
EAD came in Jan 2018 and second one came in Nov 2018 valid until Nov 2020

Interview on Apr 16 2019
Officer just verified my passport . Took the oath and all the required docs(medicals,supplement J, employment verification,paystubs). No additional question.
For my spouse and kid - place of birth and birth date
Handed me the interview completed letter . Said priority date is not current, case will be transferred to NBC.
Now wait for the GC.

Eb1C India, last month I got my EAD and haven't gotten a date for my interview yet.
- Is it ok to change employer as this point, will it impact the GC process?

I am a silent participant of the forum and this forum is of immense help throughout my GC journey. I came to the country in L1A in November 2015, I140 applied in Dec 2016, I140 approved on April 2017, I485 applied in May 2017, 1st EAD obtained on Oct 2017, 2nd EAD obtained on July 2018 and GC Interview on 25th April 2019 and GC approved on the same day during the interview.
The interview started late by an hour. The interviewer was friendly. Asked for Passports, EADs, DLs, SSN Cards, Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificate, verified whether I am with the same employer using by Payslips and 2018 W2. Went through the 485J questions with me and my wife. Photo and Fingerprint match for all four of us (2 of our daughters). He approved first by GC and then all my three dependent GCs during the meeting and assured the Card would be with us in 2 weeks. I also see the status reflecting the same.

160 days still waiting for i485 approval
It’s been over 160 days and still there is no update from Uscis..
I am out of normal processing time but still L2 officer didn’t give me info pass appointment. If anyone who are in same status and got any update please share your experience

I just received a case status update mentioned "Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction",
Is it part of normal process or something wrong was happened on my case?

I had my interview in Jan 2019 Interview was really good I was expecting something in 2 weeks,However after waiting for 90 days I have raised SR and came to know from Level 2 officer of uscis contact center that a officer has been assigned for my case from NBC.
Don't know what's going on as approval normally comes from Field office than why NBC may be 2nd interview ??
