i 140 got approved on Jan 2019
Interview completed on Apr 2019
Waiting for priority date to be current
Now visa is retrogressed for current year, have to wait till Oct 2019 for anything to start again.
Can you guys suggest, if I can switch my employer now? or is it safe to wait till get GC in hand? In my current employer EB1 started as multi country manager position and now I am getting offered managerial position in other company with a better wage of course. will that be an issue?
This EB1 process is taking such a long time these days and getting confused whether to stick to the current employer or look for something else.

Do you guys know something about it please help my friend has interview and his lawyer told him to pay extra 1000$ for Attorney's Fees: Attorney's Appearance at USCIS for Interview...he speak English but not that much

NYC Employment Based GC processing time
Does anyone know how long the Brooklyn office take to approve i-485 employment based? or how soon should i expect to receive an interview notice. PD 10/16/2018.
I'd really appreciate if anyone would share their experience. The website says 11.5-20.5.
IT seems that processing time getting longer.
it said 11 months not long ago and now it changed to 11.5.
I've heard that the amount of applicants have reduced while processing time is increasing.
I feel like i've been waiting a whole lifetime (4 ears of college, 6 years of employment on H1B, GC filed 2 years ago and counting) and this isn't worth it.

Hi guys i hope someone can help me with my question.
So i came here on J1 visa ( au pair) and my i-94 stamp says d/s meaning i am here legally in US as long i remain on exchange program. So my au pair year ends on June 2018 and we submitted all my i-140, i-485 etc. on April 26, 2018. I heard IO officers ask what is your current status. Am I illegal now since my au pair year ends last june 2018? Or i am legally staying here because we submit our application before my au pair year ends?

So I am keen to see if any one else is in the same boat in the last few months. Please share your experiences especially if you have already proceeded to have the interview with the underlying I-140 still pending.

It’s been 180 + days after interview and I am still waiting for update from
