EB2 ROW GC
Hi guys,

Below is my experience with the EB2-GC process. The processing time is a joke and the process is just way to long. USCIS does not have enough people to handle the requests and although I feel bad for them, there are many more suffering as their lives are filled with uncertainties. Following is my timeline with the GC process and one suggestion I have is to seek help from your Congressman's office regardless of priority date. I will now be waiting for my card and wish you luck in this exhausting process.

i480: Approved 3/2017
i-485, i131, i-765: Received 7/2017
EAD: 2/2018 after SR and Congressman's inquiries
Interview Date: 8/2018
RFE: Submitted 8/2018
Case Transferred to TSC: 9/2018
Congressman's inquiries: 3/2019
Case Transferred to NBC: 3/29/2019 letter said it was for initial review
Card sent for production: 4/9/2019 Notification out of the blue but welcomed nonetheless

RFE after interview for Medical
We attended interview (EB1C India ) in Feb 2019.
My wife & kids medical had expired (crossed 1 year since we had initially filed I-485 in Nov 2017).
But i had redone my medicals and submitted in interview (my wife, kids couldn't as they were out of country when I got interview notice).

IO said, he will have to issue RFE for my wife and kids, but I am good. It's been more than a month, but we haven't received RFE or any notice from USCIS yet.

Does anyone has similar experience? How long does it take to get RFE. Btw, my date is not current PD: Sep-2017

GC on Hand Finally after 9 months
It's time for me to pay back to this very helpful/grateful community. I've been silent reader for this forum since I started my journey and used to read almost everyday. Reading people's experiences, useful tips gave me so much hope and guided me through what to expect and prepared me throughout during this process.
For people who are waiting after interview like me, just pray to god and eventually your day will come! I've waited almost 9 months after interview, and finally receiving it in the mail today. (Just received an informed delivery email)

Here are my Timeline, EB 3 ROW:

4/1/17 PD
9/1/17 I-140
9/15/17 I-485
10/15/17 Biometric
1/20/18 EAD/I131
4/1/18 RFE for I140
4/14/18 Responded to I140 RFE
5/1/18 I140 approved
6/1/18 Case Transferred to another office
7/1/18 Interview Scheduled
8/10/18 Interview Date

Interview was held in Chicago field office and IO was very nice and friendly. Just confirmed all the information on the I485 and asked about 10 Yes/No questions and current job description and asked few questions about how I entered in US, Port of entry and where I went to school etc..
Basically just verified all the info on the I 485.
At the end of the interview he gave me piece of paper and said his supervisor needs to review my case before he makes his final decision.
At 3 PM on same day I received an email said, Interview completed, case must be reviewed. Since then it was dead silence...
My lawyer suggested we should just wait, since we're in the normal processing time, so we didn't request info pass or anything.. In October, send out my EAD renewal form and haven't receive it yet still.

Then on 3/28/19, magic text came in "Card in Production"..
4/1/19 card was mailed to me and It's coming in the mail today.
will keep you guys posted later today.
Good Luck to you all, your day will come soon!
