How to find the processing center for your application?
Hi,
I am a US Citizen and had applied I-485/I-130/I-131/I-864 for my parents in Sept 2021.
So far I received Application acceptance notices, Biometrics appointments and a Courtesy letters on missing I-693 for both of them from all different 'from' addresses. NBC Overland Park KS, NBC and Lee's Summit, MO. How do I find out which center my I-485 and I-130 are processed in, to get the accurate processing times?
Thanks

Non-availability Certificate
Hello, I am planning to file a GC application for my widower father, since he is alone in India. He has visited USA 3 times before. However he does not have a birth certificate (he is 80 years old). The Municipal Corporation issued a "Non-availability Certificate" for his birth. It states his parents' names and his date of birth and states that a search was made, but his birth was not found to be registered.
Will this work in lieu of the birth certificate for his GC application ? Has anyone used a similar certificate before ? Thanks in advance.

Death of Primary beneficiary on pending FB GC consular processing
Hi,
I am a US citizen who filed GC(I-130) for my parents in Feb 2022 and opted for consular processing. My Dad passed away unexpectedly in March. I would like to understand what options I have now
1. Should I notify the USCIS office in Delhi about this development and will they continue my Mom's app as I filed her as his dependent although I did file 2 separate fees for both of them.
2. Can I bring her to US on B1/B2 (she has valid for 2 more years) and then change the petition to AOS ? Can she travel back to India while the petition is in progress ?
3. Or should I leave her app as is in consular processing but have her travel with me right now on B1/B2 and have her return back to India after few months ?
Please advise.

I-751 Approved Potomac
Hello fellow Potomac fillers,
My journey comes to an end today I woke to my status changing from RFE received to New card is being produced. I woke up and wanted to check my status, but before I opened my phone I remembered I didn’t pray so I prayed and thank God like I always do and the last part of my prayer this morning was me complaining to God and asked him to remember me with my Potomac filing (God was probably sitting there laughing at me saying to himself “ I answered this prayer yesterday” because my status changed yesterday and I didn’t know because I didn’t check due to frustration with our filing service center. After my prayer I opened my phone and checked my tracking app to find my status changed to new card is being produced. It’s been a long journey but I start a new journey today. Thank you Lord

Here is my timeline.

I filed 4/30/2020
Uscis Received the package 4/5/2020
Extension letter 7/1/2020
Biometrics letter 3/10/2021 ( they reused my old ones)
2nd Extension letter 11/15/2021
RFE 01/20/2022
RFE received 3/2/2022
New card is being produced 4/19/2020

Good luck to everyone and hold on to God

When will you get your Green Card in the mail after arriving in the US?
My mom entered the US under IR-5 in December 2021, but still hasn't received her green card in the mail.

-Where and how should I check if it's in the progress?
-How long do you have to wait until it comes?
-How long do you need live in the states each year to be qualified for a normal 'permanent resident'?
-Does anyone have same timeline?

Thanks!

Need help for I-485 application
I've married my spouse for almost three years. He was acting like a good man at first, even though he is an alcoholic. I studied overstate, so we did not have a lot of time together. However, he is being worse when he keeps asking me for money, and he threatens me if I do not do what he wants he would take back his sponsor for a family-based green card. Now, he borrows money under my name and even cheats on me. Please help, I don't know what to do.
