Family Based Greencard

My dad had an interview scheduled at 7:30AM yesterday that is, 10/14 at Mumbai Consulate. All the documents were in the order, not one missed. After the interview, he was given a white 221(g) letter stating incomplete, hence refused but they kept all the documents including the passport. Has anyone experienced as my dad did?
This is heart breaking. Just like everyone of you, we spent so much time in preparing the documents, and following the process laid out for each of us, the outcome of my dad's, I felt such a defeat by the immigration system.

Any information you may know or something your family has faced if you could share that, I greatly appreciate that, and I am hoping that all of your family united at the end.

September 14, 2021 Expedite Request Received (NOTHING SINCE)
December 2, 2020 We transferred your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, to another USCIS office that now has jurisdiction over your case.
December 1, 2020 Your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, was transferred to another office for processing.
August 10, 2020 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, were taken.
June 12, 2020 We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.

I was told I should be looking at TX Service Center Dates, where it says 80% of files are completed withing 13months. Well, it's been 28 months. Not sure what they're playing at, or if they just out and out lost the files and haven't wanted to say anything. My 24month extension expires in February 2023, and I was told I can get a I551 stamp withing 60 days of that.

Would love to hear positive (or i guess any) updates of similar situations, thanks!

Filed VAWA on March 2020 . Just received an RFE after 26 months of wait time re-asking evidence to substantiate Shared Residence and Good faith Marriage . It is absurd. Has anyone passed this hurdle to get their VAWA approved. Processing center is vermont.

I am still resident going to apply for citizenship this December . My mom jjudt apply for tourist visa a week ago and got denie so I am planing for her to apply once I have my citizenship.
Question: did it happen to any of you that your mom or dad got deny for tourist visa while you were already a citizen of US ?
How long as your waiting time for your mom or dad to be able to come here after your filling papers for them (when u were already citizen of course ) .
I am just concern in case she get deny again I just wanna know how long I am gonna wait for her to come here after filling papers for her (i130 and i485)

If so , how much does he need to get paid since we are already a family of 4. And in case I wanna bring my dad too the amount of money requested (salary) goes up ?

I am wondering someone here has recently been scheduled for IR5 interview @Abu Dhabi Embassy and if so how is the waiting time?

My parents' documents got approved by NVC last months and we are now waiting for the interview to be scheduled.

My DQ date is July 2' 2021, I have not received IL.
