Today I had been to US consulate for my H1 along with my spouse for H4.
Please see my experience as below:
My Background: My F1 was turned down 3 times in 2010 and 2011
After the initial screening and finger prints verification we were asked to wait in a hall for couple of minutes and then we were asked to move to one of the counters. Officer was an young lady. There was one H1 approved and one F1 approved before my turn.

Just be confident and answer the questions confidently. Please dont carry any sealed envelopes(including transcripts) otherwise they will send you outside the security gate to open it and then you need to enter the consulate.
Thanks to Immihelp and the community who posted their experiences which helped me a lot. I believe my experience will also help someone.
