I have given my H1-B interview at Hyderabad consulate on jULY 25 th 2011.It went well and finally issued me 221g Yellow slip ,V.o Not asked more doccuments,he took my original I-797 &L.C.A. Additional Administrative Processing) .VO said, he need some time to research on my in house project and need some time to take a decision on my case.
Anyone has similar experience with the above, kindly let me know how much time it will take to complete the process. Really appreciated a quick response.

I had both Client letter and Vendor Letter.
Following are the questions asked by the VO:
1.Is this your second visa from the same employer?
2. Show me your last 2 yrs W2?
3. Are you working at the End Client?
4. Whats the work location?
5. Who is you Manager at your company?
6. How does he monitor your work?
7. How does he assign you day today activities?
8. How does he do you performance review?
221g is issued for me and additional documents regarding the Contract bet'n the Employer(petitioner) and the EndClient has be asked.
If you are in a EVC model. Lot of review is being done.. All the best guys..

My H1B was scheduled on 8th Aug @ 9 am. I had my L1 rejections twice, so i was bit nervous on the outcome of interview.
I st stage - Security check and they will issue a token number
Don't carry anything other than documents.CD's , pendrive etc.. are not allowed
II nd stage - Fee Payement & finger print scanning. Counters are available and your number will be displayed for your turn.
It will be better you carry passport and US visa size photo wih you. Because i have seen for few the photo was not matching with DS 160 or passport.
III rd stage - Interview. Questions asked are
1) Is this your first H1b?
2) What is your highest degree of qualification ?
3) Your under graduation ?
4) What you are going to do for ZZZ?
5) Who is your client ?
6) Which location you are going to work ?
7) Provide the letter which ur company has written to USCIS about your roles and responsibilities at onsite?
After this he was typing something on his machine for long time.. I thought ..ok he is gng to reject...
Then he told your visa is APPROVED ...i said thank you and left the place.

Went for H1b stamping today 11 AM @ Chennai consulate.
It was little rush. Dont panic. All are simple questions.
1.What is ur experience?
2.who is ur client?
3.How long have you been working for this client?
4.Which place you are travelling to?
5.What is your salary gonna be?
6.What is your highest qualification?
Then the golden words are "you will get ur passport in a week by courier"

Attended interview @ delhi today
Questions asked:

2.why have you been selected to this project
3.client name.
4.He asked for client invitation letter.Gave him.
5. Asked my highest qualification.
Then he said your visa is approved.
There was a fat lady in one of the counter, she was rejecting almost all visas.

Successful H4 Stamping Delhi Consulate
Hi Guys ,
My wife and daughter had a successful interview without any hassle at Delhi consulate . I was following on this forum for quite sometime and was really concerned about the outocme .
BUt the experience is really wonderful .
VO asked to show principal applicant I 797 and last stamped visa (2008 jan)
VO did some research for 5 minutes on her computer and THAT's IT VISA was given and they received the passport in 3 days at home address
I think people with only negative results are posting on such forums and really demotivating people .
Let's rejuveniate everybosy who is planning to go for stamping by putting more success results

(Our client was a chemical firm,so he was curious to know if I will be dealing in chemicals for which I said its a software job)
4.What are your responisbilities.
5.Who will b your Supervisior.
6.Your Supervisior works for which company.
7.Have you read the US rights pamphlet.
Question asked to my wife:

Overall the interview lasted for 2-3 Minutes.The officer was quite friendly and patient.The yes the Visa got approved !!!!

Successful Stamping Aug 3rd 2011 - Chennai
Thanks to Immihelp and its user for posting their experiences. Had successful visa stamping yesterday on E-C model. Only few questions asked and didnt ask me any document other than the ones in blue folder. The question were:
VO: Which university did u get your masters from?
Me: CSU, Campus Name.
VO: Which company do you work for ?
Me: Said
VO: What is your salary?
Me: $xyz Per Month.
Vo: Do you work for a client?
Me: Yes
VO: Who is your client?
Me: XYZ Company.
VO: Where is your company located?
Me: City, State
VO: Are there any third party involved?
Me: NO
VO: Are your sure?
Me: Positive sir.
Said you would receive your passport by courier in a week of time.
Me: Thanks and have a great day.
VO: Thanks
From my experience the E-C model added weight to my case and didnt have any problems. He rejected three candidates in front of me. He was asking the questions very fast and typing something at the same time. He was also very loud. I maintained my temper and answered him at a soft and cool pitch.
And also my approval was not updated in PIMS and thought it would delay my stamping process. But VO still said i would receive my passport in a week. Looking forward for it.
