Got 221(g) at chennai consulate
Hi all,

I had attended my interview on october 10th, VO asked for client letter, project details. Unfortunately i don't have all those documents.

I was given 221(g)- Blue form with check all my employer details (check all 11 boxes) and asked me to drop those documents by VFS drop box.

After lot of efforts , i am getting my documents from my employer,

I just like to know, whether i have to re-fill DS-156 form again for sending docurments in Drop box and I can use the old DS-156.

What is the gaurantee ,if people got 221(g) with all checks . Is there any chance to get visa.

I can strongly say , getting visa is based on our Fate. Does not depend on our Qualificaitons/experience and others.

Do i have to fill New DS-156 again while sending required documents throught VFS??

Please adviase.

Regards,

Ram.

on march 2nd i got all the documents from my employer.
then i have attended again on 5th.
the visa officer has checked all the documents provided.

Rare Case
Hi All,

I was issued a 221(g) in November and i had sent the docs to the chennai consulate in December which asked for Unemployement Wage Reports, Notarized List of Employees and the Client Details.

I had received a letter and my passport saying that Chennai Consulate is no longert handling my case and the docs have been sent to USCIS with a group id on the top that we see in the Chennai consulate site AAP case status pdf.

Does this mean a reject or is it an AAP?

2. When I was in Q ...there was a person called MARK who was giving suggestions to every one , one way it build confidence to me..saying...

Hello you get visa with 0 ( ZERo )% luck
Wish your VISA officer say GOOD Morning with Smile
DOn't provide all the documents you have to the officer, just submit what they ask you
Answer officers question SLOWLY, SHORLY.. example whether you are going to work in inhouse or client site..just say "Inhouse" nothing more
Then you will have VISA in your pocket...

Friends the above words told by one of consulate officer twice and requested us to write our name in our native language on DS157

Please contact me personally if you have questions [email protected] if you need further info...

Officers are asking same questions which are posted in this site...but in different order..please and please answer CONFIDENTLY ..
Wish you all the best..

Please help me
Hi All,

I attended the interview on Feb 26'th along with my wife. VO asked me about the company and the project details. I told them i am going to work for some xxx client. After that she did something in the computer and asked me how my skill set matches with that client requirement. Then i replied how my current skill set is and how it matches with the client's requirement. Then she asked me how did i get this Job. Then I replied her that i have seen the propjects this company is doing in their website and i applied on-line. Then later they conducted me set of interviews and finally selected me. Immediately after that she asked me to show the un-employment wages report. Unfortunately its the only document i missed. And i told her i don't have. Then she issued famous 221G blue form by marking all the documents except the first two from the company side.
Please answer me the following questions
1)Coming to my wife, what are all the documents i have to submit. I know the following docs.
a) Marriage certificate b)Marriage photo's
Do i need to submit the original Marriage certifictae or xerox is enough? If i submit original will they send me back?
Please let me know what are all my wife's docs do i need to submit
Since visa officer has not asked anything abt my wife, is there any need of submitting docs of my wife
Kindly clarify my doubt

Thanks
Vijay
