Got H1B after 221g refusal
Hi,
I attended interview on november 6th at chennai embassy and they issued 221g by ticking all the fields under employer category.I received all these documents on 1st febraury except market analysis for internal project instead i have submitted a client letter but in interview i told that i worked on an internal project.I dropped all these docs on 4th febraury at VFS bangalore and i got my passport with visa stamped on 10th.I was regularly tracking my status at vfs site after 5 days status changed to passport dispatched the next day i got my passport.So friends 221 g is not a refusal u will surely get visa if u r issued a 221g if u have the papers correctly.Hope this post is helpful

Hi Friends,
I have appeared for H1 visa in the Chennai Office on Jan 8,2007.They have passed me giving 221(G)form for submition of all required documents.
I submitted all the required documents in Hyd vfs office in drop box on Feb 9,2007.
How could i track my visa status.
If anyone of u know this information plz let me know.

send passport
Hi, Please suggest. I have attended visa (H1B) interview in December 1st week and got the 221(g) pink form. Recently my status on the usconsulate web site changed to 'Send passport'. I have couriered to VFS. What are the chances of getting my visa cleared now. Is there any chances of my visa getting delayed or rejected. Please help.

Issued 221 (G ) !
I have attended the interview for H1 b in Dec 2006, I was issued 221 ( G) blue form.
Asking for additional documents from my employer thru VFS ,but told verbally "NOT TO SEND " passport .
But the 221(g) form at the back side says to send the passport , DS 156,157, copy of 221 (g) .
Little confusion here ,Should i send the Passport with the required docs or not , Any help is appreciated ?

H1B approved after 221g
Hi All,
I had attended the interview in december 2006 and had got 221g asking for all the documents from the petitioner. I submiited all the documents on 6th feb 2007 at VFS office and got back my passport with visa on 9th feb 2007. Just in 2 days..

Can I drop documents in other country if I receive 221(g)/Blue form in India

I have attended H1 stamping interview in Chennai last week. I got enquiry and received 221(g)/blue form. (Asking A notarized list of all petitioner's employees for each location...)
Since my company will take time to prepare support documents, I am thinking to go back to my work place Singapore. IN that case Can I DROP ALL the documents (my passport and other forms) in singapore consulate?
Please clarify.

and was sucessful, its just a my luck and grace of Amma Bhagwan. i am a non technical person (MBA) with 14 months of experience and GNIIT certification that too i dont have original certificate. my inter was ...

i ANSWERD CONFIDENTLY I AM niit Certified, he asked for the certificates i showd the photocopis, he said hell verify with others he went in and came after 3 min and said ur highly qualified , asged i am working Ans . HOw long 14 months.
How did u know about the co.
Me : i had a referel then i posted my resume through Dice.com and the response was positive,
VO: ok ur Visa has been approved.
The US co documents were good.
I have attende the course in onenes Universty varadaya palem chittoor Dist.its a 3 days coorse.
To be successful u need to HAve
SUCCESS = INTENT + HARDWORK + GRACE.
Grace i got from the Course. iT gives us confidence, removes our fears. through dheeksha.
