My Interview was on Feb 1st. My appointment is at 2:00pm and joined the quesu at 1:00pm .I attended the interview with my wife. The interview went on very well but just for only few minutes.

Me: Posted the CV in monster.com
VO: She checked each page of my passport and asked what happened to your interview in london embassy
Me: I replied as my education is from India they asked me to attend in India.
VO: What is your diploma?
Me: xxx from xxxxxx University
VO: How long are you married?
Me: 1.5 years
VO: Ok sir, your visa is approved and it will be couriered to your address..
Me: Thanks a lot
VO not even checked my employer letters or any other documents.
Even did not ask anything related to my project.
She asked for I-797 and passport.

send passport
Hi, Please suggest. I have attended visa (H1B) interview in December 1st week and got the 221(g) pink form. Recently my status on the usconsulate web site changed to 'Send passport'. I have couriered to VFS. What are the chances of getting my visa cleared now. Is there any chances of my visa getting delayed or rejected. Please help.

I have attended the interview for H1 b in Dec 2006, I was issued 221 ( G) blue form.
Asking for additional documents from my employer thru VFS ,but told verbally "NOT TO SEND " passport .
But the 221(g) form at the back side says to send the passport , DS 156,157, copy of 221 (g) .
Little confusion here ,Should i send the Passport with the required docs or not , Any help is appreciated ?

H1B approved after 221g
Hi All,
I had attended the interview in december 2006 and had got 221g asking for all the documents from the petitioner. I submiited all the documents on 6th feb 2007 at VFS office and got back my passport with visa on 9th feb 2007. Just in 2 days..

Can I drop documents in other country if I receive 221(g)/Blue form in India
Hi
I have attended H1 stamping interview in Chennai last week. I got enquiry and received 221(g)/blue form. (Asking A notarized list of all petitioner's employees for each location...)
Since my company will take time to prepare support documents, I am thinking to go back to my work place Singapore. IN that case Can I DROP ALL the documents (my passport and other forms) in singapore consulate?
Please clarify.

and was sucessful, its just a my luck and grace of Amma Bhagwan. i am a non technical person (MBA) with 14 months of experience and GNIIT certification that too i dont have original certificate. my inter was ...

i ANSWERD CONFIDENTLY I AM niit Certified, he asked for the certificates i showd the photocopis, he said hell verify with others he went in and came after 3 min and said ur highly qualified , asged i am working Ans . HOw long 14 months.
How did u know about the co.
Me : i had a referel then i posted my resume through Dice.com and the response was positive,
VO: ok ur Visa has been approved.
The US co documents were good.

To be successful u need to HAve

Hi All,
I have got my L1 visa approved in Sept 2006 from my company. And company/client wanted me to place in USA by Oct end, however we lost the project and I did not go anywhere. Now I have decided to move on and getting my H1. I have my h1 stamping in this month. Lets say if my H1 is approved, will my current employer be informed that my L1 is cancelled and I got H1. Please suggest !!

i have received a letter from US consulate,chennai stating that they have refused to issue H1B today under section 221(g) since my application doest not appeat to meet the requirements of INA and my I129 has been returned to the concerned USCIS office,USA and i need not approach the chennai consulate office for further information since they will not be able to give information further.what does it mean,whether my visa is rejected completely or any chances of getting since my I129 is returned to US.
