Need help to renew L1A indi. Visa

L1A Individual - Approved
After L1A blanket rejection in October, my company filed for L1A Individual which was approved at the Chennai consulate today.
Questions asked during the interview:
1. How long have you been with the current organization?
xxx
2. Where are you going in the US?
xxx
3. How many direct reports in the US?
xxx
4. Do any of them have direct reports under them?
Yes, xxx
5. Have you been to the US before?
Yes
(At this time the VO canceled the expired visa on the passport)
6. Which client?
Same client
7. Can I see the letter from your company to USCIS?
Yes (showed the letter)
8. What were you doing in the US before working for the current client?
Worked for another client
9. What was your role and responsbilities with that client?
xxx
10. In your current role, will you be doing any test execution or design?
No. 100% managerial work
The VO said your visa is approved and your passport will be sent in a week's time.
Reading up the experiences on Immihelp was definitely very handy and hence I have shared my experience here.

Myself: Good moring, how you doing?
CO: Good morning, doing good and yourself.

CO: How long have you been working in this company?
Myself: told my tenure.
CO: Who is your customer and location?
Myself : Told customer name & Location.
CO: Are you authorized to hire & fire employees?
Myself: Yes, i do as part of my managerial activity
CO: Who is your current supersior @ USA? what is his designation level?
Myself. Be careful with name you mentioned the DS-160 / BEP letter, it should exactly match with name and designation
CO: how many direct reportees and total team size?
Myself: mention the same.
CO: what percentage of team size you manage at USA?
Myself: You need to be very careful. I told him 35% of my entire team size.
CO: what is the designation level of your direct reports? Is there any managerial level that you manage?
Myself: Please be in finger tips with your direct reports designation and their location.
CO: what is your indian salary per annum?
Myself: told in their standards, then mentioned in our indian stands.

I had my L1B Visa appointment at 11:30 am in the morning.
Appeared the consulate an hour before the scheduled appointment. The entire process(right from entering into the consulate till the end of the decision) took around 30 minutes.
The questions faced were as follows.
My total exp: 8.6 years
Previous US entry: 3 times.
Stayed overall 3.5 years.

Me: Good thanks.
VO: Where are you going?

VO: What's your annual income in India?
