HI,
I had atteneded my L1B interview on 14th.My interview was scheduled at 10:30 am.Reached embasy at 9:00 am.There was a huge queue for finger print scanning.It took almost an hour for finger print scanning.My slot was at 10:30 and was still in queue at that time.10:45 this was done.After getting token was asked to wait.Finally mu turn cam at around 12:00 clock.
iwas asked to go to counter 9.there were 2 guys infronof me.one of them is my fren from same company.and the other one is for f1
After 5 min the first guy(my friend) was rejected.He answered all the questions but still rejected.then the next guy for F1..he was intervied for more than 30 min.Next my turn came

ME:city and state
VO:what is US salary
ME:i said xxx amount per ,month

All the time he as looking in system when i was asnswering.Then he said you need to apply for apprioprite VISA.asked me to apply for H1.Then Gave me BULE slip.
Two of my frendz also rejected at the same time.In Hyderbad lot of rejections are happaening ,Specially with L1 B visas.
Its all luck dependent here.

Hi All,
I got my L1B approved on 13th June at Chennai. Here are my experience. My Interview lasted for 2 min

ME: 14 months sir, my total work exp is 6.5 yrs and 5.5 yrs with YYYY company ( YYYY is also the client for which im travelling now frm my current company)

ME: I was involved in the YYYY software development and testing for YYYY Client.
3.
VO: Whats your specialisation?
ME: Since I've already worked with YYYY client for 5.5 yrs I've a better knowledge on YYYY software process, testing methodologies and their specific tools and also I have been assigned a similar kind of activity frm YYYY client when I was working for them. (I've been assigned for a similar activity to germany frm YYYY )

VO: How many of you joined your current organization from YYYY client.
ME: 2 members sir

VO: your visa is approved

Points to Remember:
1. Be confident while answering and your reply must be brief
2. Please highlight your prior work experience with your client if any that will be added advantage.

L1 B Rejections
Hi Friends,
With so much of negotiations with my manager, he finally agreed to send me onsite on L1 B blanket visa and also intiated the same. As L1 B visas are getting rejected more from the past month all over the India. I belong to an US based MNC. 20+ visas only from hyderabad branch in the past month have been rejected. Not sure about rest the places in India. Any idea about how long they may reject L1 B visas like this ?? Now I am very much affraid to book the date and attend for interview.

First of all I want to thank for the Immhelp for the valuable posts. We had the L1A and L2 visa interview in Chennai Counsulate at 7:30 AM. The security check and the pre screnning took 30 min. Our turn came and the VISA Officer asked few questions like
