What shoul be my response at the interview
Before my interview in May 2011 i told the consular that i am getting married in August.He gave me 2month for shopping holiday but my fiance's father and mother died in an auto-crash before the wedding,the wedding was postponed till August 2011 and i am going for another interview 7th of juli.I am pretty sure i will be asked about my wedding,what do i say that will not make the consular think i am lieing?

I am following this from a month and panicked after hearing parents visa's rejections happening.
But Its a breeze in my mother's case.
She is widow and we opted interview in TELUGU
Here are the questions.
VO : why are u going ?
Mother: My sons want to show me some places in USA.
VO : WHat kind of assets you have in India
Mother : 10 acres of farm land and we do farming.
VO : Where is your husband ?
Mother : Mu husband passed away 3 and half years back.
VO : what he used to do ?
Mother : Farming.
VO : who is paying for your trip ?
MOther : MY younger son who is in india is going to buy flight ticket and my elder will take care the expenses while in USA.
VO : Your VISA is approved . You will get it in 10 days.
They even did not ask any single document except her passport, DS 160 confirmation and HDFC reciept.
I believe there are lot of approvals coming in . But no body is posting. Usually people post their expeience when it got rejected ...
So hope for the best.
I am going to have a good time with mommy for the next 4 months.
I feel really June 30th is mother's day for me.

i prepared the documents with tips from Immihelp & prepared my mother for the interview reading all experiences. i was quite worried with not so much success reports for widowd mother's visa. But i want to say loudly that my mother's visa inetrview was very smooth & successful.
The interview was in Marathi on 16th June '11 at 10:30 am. There was a lady VO & Marathi translator (a young man). The Questions were,
vo - Who is there in USA?
mom - my yonger son
vo - which company your son works for?
mom - xyz
vo - what is his visa?
mom - h1b
vo - whom do you stay with here now?
mom - elder son
vo - why do you want to go to USA?
mom - Summer tourism & before she could complete her sentences, the translator explained the reason to VO
vo - what your daughter in law does in USA?
mom - homemaker
later VO said your visa & passport will be couriered to you.
Absolutely no documents were asked. The translator was very helpful & immediately explaining the answers to VO.

Me and my wife have visit B1/B2 visa entrery stamped M status. We recently visited US and stayed there for 3 months and back home by 2011 May, and wantto know if we can go by jully for another 3 months stay. Some of them says after arrival india we can go for another visit only after 6 months.
