Ans: Son
2. How long your son is been in USA?
Ans: 4years
3. How long you going to stay in USA?
Ans: 4months.
4. Why not for 6months?
Ans: As Winter season starts around Nov..we don't want to stay there after Nov.
5. How many children do you have?
Ans: bla bla.
6. What do you do for living?
Ans: retired.
7. Show us your son's tax returns?
Ans: My father gave my last three years tax returns..

Ans: My dad told them that last year w2 was there in that bundle.

That's it and asked them to go and pay the fee. My parents got their passports today and they were given 10years Multiple entry Visa.

Same CO rejected 4 cases before my parents interview. My parents were lil scary and thank god..it went smooth.

Software Engineer

How long your son-in-law is been in USA?
6 years

When did your daughter go to USA?

What is your annual income?
They showed papers with good IT returns.. Hardly paid any attention to those docs and said they were not giving visa.

My Parents and Younger Sister got Visitors Visa
Hello!

I am very happy to post this msg. My sister and parents appeared for the interview at the Calcutta consulate for their visitors visa yesterday and they were granted the visa.
I was little concerned with my sister's. But there was absolutely no issue. I provided all the documents as the sponsor, as listed in the website. They had to submit all of them at the counter along with their application forms, drafts, photos, no objection letter from the employer etc. All the sponsor's documents including the I-134 form were returned after the interview.
One thing I would like to mention that the consulate asked my father questions regarding my mother and asked sister about my father and vise versa. Here are the questions (not necessarily in this order though) she asked:

1. Why are you going to the US and how long? (to my father)
2. How long has your wife been working? (to my father)
3. Where did your husband work before retiring? (to my mother)
4. What does your daughter do? (to my father)
5. Where in the US you are going to stay? (to my mother)
6. What is your son-in-laws name and what does he do? (to my father)
7. You have just started working in April, they are giving you two months vacation? (to my sister)
8. Why do you think your dad will come back? (to my sister)

One more thing, their original photos were not accepted. So they had to go outside the embassy and retake the pictures.

Hope, this helps!! Don't hesitate to invite your siblings here....

Good Luck,

Sumi
