valid Usa b1b2 visa cancelled without prejudice.
I had applied for B1B2 visa of my 18 months old daughter in April 2018 through dropbox. After that I received a letter stating embessey required to interview both the parents. I followed up the same and went for interview with my wife.visa officer questioned me that why should we want to go US? I answered accordingly and the she asked how much time you spend last time during your visit?i visited usa only once in 2015 and stayed their for 4 months with my relatives and i was not supposed to stay their much longer but their were some medical issues due to which doctors adviced my wife not to travel for 3 months due to her pregnency bcoz first three months were very Crucial,She already had a miscarriage before due to travelling via flight from Banglore to Jammu that is why we didnot take any risk after that my child take birth in our home country after 6 months of our departure From Us. Now after 2 years of my previous departure from Us i was applying for B1B2 visa of my daughter but now they cancelled our visas too under cancelled without prejudice. I was amazzed after looking that.i am a frequent traveller and I visited Canada,Australia,Europe,Uk ,Singapore,Malaysia,Hongkong,Macau,Thailand,Japan,Indonesia as well. I have a very well settled business in my home country and in Singapore. Please let me know how much this cancelled visa stamp will affect my profile for applying visa applications in other Countries and how much are the chances for geting b1b2 visaagain if i apply for B1B2 visa category again?
please help me

Visitor Visa refused for Uncle and Aunt
Hi,

My uncle and aunt are our family friends for 30 years. I want to share their experience and also get advice for second time application. They both were mentioned as relative and I working in US as their niece. Note - They are Marathi and I am a Marwari ( not sure if the translator asked these details)

VO - What are you names?
A - Uncle and Aunt answered.

VO - Whom are you going to visit?
A - My niece she lives in NYC, she is there since 8 yrs. She came here as a student and now is working. We will go around New York, Niagara, etc.

VO - What does your niece's husband do?
A - She is unmarried.

VO - What does niece's parents do?
A - Her dad has a business and mother is a homemaker.

VO - What do you do?
A - I have a business and my wife is homemaker.

VO - Do you know anyone else in USA?
A - No

VO - Sorry, your visa is rejected. Good luck. They got the std rejection white form.

Didn't ask for any papers, documentation about uncle and aunt's family, which could showcase they have a pregnant daughter in law and 3 kids who are all in India.
My mom and dad both had their visa and now in USA with me. I really want to reapply for Uncle and Aunt's visa but dont know if should go through Indian travel agents or independently again. Any suggestions are welcome.

Visitor visa refusal for Indian national in Saudi
Hello All,

I want to share my parents US visitor visa experience from Riyadh in 2016 and 2017. I work in the US since 2014 after I completed my masters here. My father works in Saudi Arabia and my mother used to stay with him but now resides in India. My mother has a valid B2 visa. My father’s B2 expired and he went for renewal.
Vo. Why are you going to the US?
A. Visiting my son
vo. What does your son do?
A. He is xxxxxx in xxxxxx since 2014
Vo. What is his salary?
A. Mentioned
Vo. What do you do sir?
A. I work for xxxxxx since 2001
Vo. What is your salary?
A. Mentioned
Vo. Show me your payslips
A. Shown
Vo. Where is your wife?
A. She is in India
Vo. Does she have a valid visa?
A. Yes, shown the passport copy
Vo. How long do you want to stay?
A. 3 weeks
Vo typed something and handed over 214 letter and said sorry, I cant issue you a visa.
Second time in 2017, same questions and the VO said “I agree with the previous officer’s decision, I cannot issue you a visa”. My father asked for the reason, vo pointed to the 214 paper and said it is in there, read it.
No other document/s were asked other than my father’s salary slips in both the interviews. My mother cannot travel without my father to the US and hence we wanted to apply again but with some help. A relative of ours referred us to Visa Vikings in India suggested that they can help me with this issue. I was skeptical at the beginning to be honest and did not know what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism. They took care of all the details and suggested us to take the interview in India. My father did take the interview in India and he got the visa last week much to my surprise and delight.
I highly recommend their services in case anyone needs. Visa Vikings, +91-99499-38272.

querry for getting B2 visa for a Pakistani national
I have almost completed my application for USA visa ( B2 ) and paid the Visa fees for it. I don't have have a very amazing travel history in the past 5 years I have been to Turkey. I also don't know many people in USA. I just had a friend whose address I have given in the form as the form is asking for the details of the person whom you know.
traveling is my hobby and this year my husband did not get holidays but I planned USA trip all alone.
I am worried about what they will ask in interview?
Will it be a problem if i am going alone without husband?
Will it be an issue if i my husband is not accompanying me?
What documents shall i carry along with me in the interview?
will it be positive point if i am still studying and in my last semester of masters?

Please guide me as i am confused and just dont want5 my visa to get rejected.

B2 Visa Rejection after having an Approved Canada Visa
Hi All ,

I got rejected for B2 visa , I applied for Canada Study Permit and was approved in February .

Please help me and advise .

I applied at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia , I am 25 years old single male from India .

Here is how the interview went :

VO : Good Morning
Me: Morning

VO : Purpose of Visit to United States ?
Me : Tourism

VO : Where you will visit
Me : I will be in Canada , so I will go explore Niagara Falls and then enter United States through Buffalo , and fly from Buffalo to New York .

VO : Can I see your Canada study details ?
Me : Sure , here are documents ( Visa Approval Letter & Letter of Acceptance ) and please check the visa sticker in the passport

VO : Oh right the sticker
Me : Smiling :)

VO : So what's the cost of your studies ?
Me : 38,000 CAD

VO : Who is paying ?
Me : Brother

VO : Position and his Salary ?
Me : General Physician & YYYY SAR

VO : So that's around YYYY $ yearly , but that's less and doesn't equal your study fees.
Me : My dad gave money before he died and we kept it in my brothers account . So we have enough money .

VO : Do you work here ?
Me : Yes

VO : Can I see your employment letter , bank statement ?
Me : Shown

VO : Looks into my statement , " my balance was pumped in the end I know I made a mistake ) but thought it doesn't matter as long as it's a good balance " .

I'm sorry I can't give you a visa right now ,
I have to say that it seems you took money from others to keep in your account in the last date of printing the statement . But my advise is that you apply from within Canada , Montreal , Toronto or Quebec .

I was surprised that the visa officer suggested that , as always people are rejected without any reason .
The interview went for like 7 mins .

Please advise what should I do ?
Now as a student in Canada , I am planning to apply after 6 months , but I am confused what to choose in Person/Entity paying for trip ????

First time I chose myself , could I choose my brother the second time ?

Thank You .

B2 Visa Interview
Hi All,

Sharing my experience of B2 Visa Interview. I got married in Nov, 2017. I applied with my wife and Father as a family interview. My brother is in USA for last 10 years.

VO : GM
Me : Good Morning, How are you?
VO : I am fine.. Thanks (with no smile on the face)

VO: Handover your passports to me
Me: Handed all three passports

VO: What is the purpose of your visit
Me: Meet my brother's family and tourism

VO: Did u traveled to USA earlier
Me: Yes, but my visa is expired now

VO: Ask my other family members of their travel history
They: Yes, to YYYY X.

VO: What does your brother does there
Me - Working as xxxx in **** ** as a ****

VO: On what visa is he
Me : He is on YYYY X

VO: What do you do
Me : I am a lawyer
VO: Ahh.. you keep people out of trouble (with a smile)
Me yes i do (with a smile)

VO: To my family members, what do you both do
They: Working as YYYY X

VO: What is the duration of your stay
Me : 4 weeks

Your visa is approved. Collect it in 5 days.

I prepared a file of documents for all three of us but she didn't even asked for even one.

The summary is that you need to be confident while answering them, look into their eyes while answering and don't lie. There is no rule that if you do not have travel history you wont get visa.

Be sure what you want from the trip and you should know some basic information of your sponsor.

THE KEY IS BE CONFIDENT AND DONT SHOW YOUR DESPERATION FOR THIS VISA. THEY LOOK AT YOUR BODY LANGUAGE.
