8th Jan day1: Application Date
Day 60: Requested to expedite basis on job loss(Extreme emergency), denied as no proof submitted
Day 68: Requested again to expedite again in same category, submitted docs
Day 78: Inquiry on Application
Day 80: Expedite accepted
Day 98: General Inquiry
Day 108: Card in Production and approved application
Day 115: EAD in hand
Connected to congresswomen and Senator as well, but the application went ahead with USCIS reps only
Advice: Keep trying, any door can be help when it is needed.

Finally My EAD status updated today
Hello friends- After waiting for 153 days my status changed today “new card is being produced” . I am very grateful to god. I sent my ead application to NBC for renewal on dec-01-2017. My category is C09. F2A category. Only one SR created on March 15th and it was assigned to officer after 45 days on April 30th and looks like it worked. I am still waiting for my gc interview to be rescheduled by local uscis. Initially it was scheduled on dec 6th 2017 but tampa office did not received my file on time so they postponed it. I prey to god that my interview to be rescheduled soon. Total gc processing time is already 30 months. My wife petitioner is gc holder. Pd is October 2015.

Rfe for I-485
Guys, I sent my I-864 while applying for 1-765,i-131 and i-485. Afte 190 days of waiting I get Rfe stating they need my wifes i-864 ( financial documents, w2,1098t forms).
Rfe says: Sign and submit the petitioner i-864 form. Even a joint sponsor is used sponsor must submit form i-864 and must submit financial documents, w2,1098t forms.
So my question is so should my wife needs to send
1)i-864 with a sponsor/joint sponsor?
or
2)Does she need to send only her financial documents, w2,1098t forms.?
Has anyone been through the same situation?

FINALLY
Hi guys,
After 177 days, after almost hitting a dark depression, continuous anxiety, continuously checking the mail for months I have my EAD in hand. I am married to USC , category c09.
My advice to everyone still waiting is to pray and have patience with system, also do whatever it takes to make them alert of your application like calling them, SR's, calling ombudsman/Congressman etc.
