I am an American and my wife is from Kenya. We got married earlier this year and applied for the I-485, I-765 and the I-131 back in May. They needed initial evidence which pushed our start date back to July 5th and we just received an email on 11/27 that she was approved and on Friday 12/1 we got the physical card in the mail. It took well over the 90 days, but we finally got it.

EAD Pending after 210days
It’s been almost 7months since I sent my package off and I am still yet to receive my EAD. Has anyone here had such experience? In my mind i’m thinking if EAD is taking this long is it possible I am in for a long wait as regards the interview or is it possible I even get the interview before the EAD.
I am from ATL and any help or advice will be greatly appreciated.

Just discovered this site last night. very grateful i can share my experience. My EAD has been expired for more than two months now. I am eligible for a renewal, and i filed for it 90 days before its expiration date as advised, but i still haven't received a renewed card. My employers had to lay me off till i receive my card. I called USCIS, and i was told to wait another 60 days. I pray it doesn,t take that long, because I am really out of options. I need to get back to work really soon. Praying.

I never known of this websites untill last night, after reading all the forums put me as ease, i was stressing out no more, just know i got my EAD after 106 days, still showing on the website i765 recvd August 16 at NBC center

It's December already and I can't believe that I've been waiting almost 5 months for my work permit. It's to the point that I don't even know if my case is still processing. No EAD update, no interview scheduled since July. I contacted my congresswoman and they told me to wait another month. I don't know how much time I'll have to wait more but living without goals or career and can't travel back to my country is frustrated. I feel like I'm wasting so much time and depending too much on some kind of process that I can't control. I'm still thank God that I have this forum to share with people who are in the same situation with me.

My PD was 8/16/17, and so far I have not heard anything. I raised a service request on day 75 and on day 95. I finally wrote to my senator and congressman for help last week.
I called USCIS and told them about my situation on 11/27, after two online SRs, and the lady on the phone just proceeded to put in another one for me. But this time the beginning number/letters are T1D instead of SR, followed by numbers. What does this mean?
