Completed the process
Hi Guys,
I have completed the process and received my naturalization certificate yesterday (sept 20).
Compared to what other people in this forum are facing, my case was a breeze.
The entire process took less than 4 month.
Here is my timeline:
I filed on June 8th
had fingerprint on July 7th
had interview on august 25
had oath on sept 20
In my observation, the case for people with IOE receipt number are moving fast.
I didn't apply online but got IOE receipt number. How? I don't know.
I was actually worried when I got a IOE receipt number with all the FBI/ELIS fiasco of last year. (ELIS wasn't sending correct info to FBI for background check) But I can't believe how wrong I was to be worried.
Anyways, cheers and best of luck to all you filers. Hope you all get your citizenship soon.

Case status Not changing
Hello everyone, I hope someone will answer my question, when I check my case status online, it seems like it hasn't changed since my Credit Card was charged 2 months ago, even though I got my fingerprints done a month ago, is this common? it still says Case Was Received, it's been that way since before I got my fingerprints done.

Houston filer - Finally done
Aug 24, 2016 PD. I had my oath ceremony today; along with I believe 802 other people from various nationalities. My family and I arrived at the center at 7.30am, and the ceremony started at 9am. It was short and sweet; lasted only about 25 minutes. Very well organized, and the staff there were very friendly and professional. I also completed and submitted my voter registration form right there. Then they called us by color-code to pick up our certificates and take pics with the judge (if you so choose). Most people chose to take pictures with the judge, so it was a very long line. I was about last in line, so we didn't leave the venue till about 11.30am. Final step, I have my appointment tomorrow at the passport agency to apply for expedited service. Glad the journey is finally over! Good luck to all.

I just received my interview appointment and it's for November 2017. My status online still shows in line for interview though. just letting you all know so you can keep an eye out for your mail incase your status does not update online.

Case in line for interview for too long, Iowa
Hi, my N400 is in line for interview for too long.
Apply Day: 12/30/16
Fingerprint taken day: 02/15/17
Case in line for interview: 02/23/17
Since then, I haven't had an appointment for interview yet. I called them twice and sent the inquiries, but they kept saying that my case is still in a reasonable processing time.
