I have gone thru no. of Visa experineces and initially i was lil tensed though I was having L1 and B1 you never know what is going to happen.
On final day I found it was very simple only following question were asked ( though I was prepared for much more).
1. How much is your total experience.
2. For how long you are working in current compnay.
3. Have ever visited US on F1 visa.
Your visa is approved and you will get your passport with in one week.

Today my visa got approved. It was a wonderful experience. Below are the questions they asked me.
1. From how long I have been with the current organization?
2. Who is the client?
3. What they do?
4. Which place I am going to?
5. How many people will I manage?
6. Whether I have authority to hire/fire subordinates?
Thats it. Be confident while answering and you will get it.

I got Visa interview today.It's quite simple and the question asked is the same one as discussed by lot of our friends..
VO : Good Morning.. How are u ?
ME : Fine doing good.. How abt u mam ?
VO : Fine.
VO : who is ur client
ME : xxx and explained abt what they are doing in one sentence
VO : Purpose of visit.
ME : I explained abt my rare skill and the work that am going to do in client place.
VO: Good.. Ur's visa got approved and u will get ur Visa in week's time.
Me : thank you.
Only two question she asked me. But in some counter's they are asking lot of questions which is disscussed by our friends.Luck should also help us to get it.

L1 A visa approved (on 9-Aug-10 @ Chennai ).

A big thank you to guys for helping me to clear the L1 A visa (on 9-Aug-10 @ Chennai Visa Consulate).
Time of interview was 11.15 am and I reached there by 10.30 am in front of the main gate they asked me to wait for a few minutes after that security told us to line up in a queue (those who are having appointment at 11.15 am)
Please see the sequence of actions performed at visa consulate.
1. There was lady who examined our passport, Blue slip and interview confirmation letter out side the gate
2. Security check
3. Got in to the building again a security check on all belongings
4. There were around 11 counters for Document verification & I have been asked to go to counter no: 11 by a lady
5. Man who seated inside the counter verified the documents re-arranged the documents in the Visa folder
6. Asked me to place left & right fingers to sensor , they have captured data of all 10 fingers
7. And asked me to wait in the chair which is placed in front of the document verification counter
8. There was Visa officer in the last counter (it is just next to documents verification counter , I would say its 12th counter) he was a young man, Initially I was thinking that he is going to do one more round of the Verification but then I realized he was our VO ( Visa officer)
9. After finishing the lady just before to me, VO said NEXT
10. VO asked me the document ( VIsa folder), while verifying the documents he asked me 2 questions..
Me: Good Morning
VO: Good morning
VO: What is your job title ( Designation)
Me: YYYY
Vo: How long you have been with this current company
Me: 4 yrs
VO: Place your right thump on the sensor
Me : Sure
VO: your Visa has been approved & will receive your passport soon
Me: Thanks
Thanks god, It was so simple it took only less than minute.

1. Please ensure that you are in Formal, Full sleeve shirt ( Light colour, no checks and stripes) with dark trousers and tie)
2. Be confident

L1B approved
My L1B got approved today (10th Aug) and thanks to immihelp.
I had to stand in the queue for a long time and had seen number of rejections in front of me. Even B1 and Vistors were refused for various reasons. There were plenty of questions to the L1B guys about their special skills. However my conversation went very smoothly as follows.
VO : Hello sir, How are you?
Me : I am fine sir. How are you doing today?
VO : Good. Can I have your folder?
Me : (Submitted the folder to him).
VO : You are working for **** *. Are you?
Me : Yes sir.
VO : How long have you been working for this company?
Me : **** years.
VO : What is your specialized skill?
Me : **** .
VO : Why do you think this skills are not available in US?
Me : bla blah.
VO : Put your left index finger on the scanner please.
He was looking at the system for few seconds and said your visa is approved and your passport will be couriered to your company within a week time. I happily left and I could see few people standing behind me were looking at me with jelous.
I think your experience with the current company (the company applying you a visa for) does matter. I have a good experience and I think that pays a lot.
